Dan thank you for the review. This is how we get better as a company. I talked with the Service Manager and he will be reaching out to you. Radios can be very Frustrating now a days with all of the electronics in a vehicle. We want this to be fixed for you as bad as you do but our hands are tied some. We will continue to do the best we can with getting this resolved but their is a process we have to go through with warranty on a radio and we do understand how it can be frustrating. As far as loaner vehicles go we only have so many loaner cars that we can loan out. So we try and schedule jobs that we need to keep a car when we have a loaner available but this is not always the case. Rob will be reaching out to you to see what we can do more to help out.
