We were in the market for a pickup and found a 2023 Ram online. Blayne was great! I did a FaceTime walk around so we could look at it and gave it the sniff test for us since we didn't want a vehicle that w online. Blayne was great! When our minivan gave up the ghost last November it was super stressful. There are two types of people buying cars, the "oh fun we get a new car" and the "oh crap I really don't want to do this" type. We are definitely the later. Nick was great. He took care of us and made sure we got what we needed. We didn't feel anxious or pressured, we even had a little bit of fun. No tears were shed. 10 out of 10. More

I went there to look at buying a used car and my experience was great right up until it got to sitting down and talking money. I dealt with Blaine for most of the time, I will say that he was very n experience was great right up until it got to sitting down and talking money. I dealt with Blaine for most of the time, I will say that he was very nice and helpful over text and when I first got there and was looking at the car. The car I was looking at was listed for $18,789 out of the door, prior to driving there he had told me that they had some wiggle room on the price. I started by offering $17,000 and told him I was willing to pay $17,500 max. Instead of being respectful and talking through what the possibilities could be, he was extremely hostile, raised his voice multiple times, and was just extremely rude overall. I ended up leaving as I felt uncomfortable with the way he was acting and am not interested in doing business with someone like that. After I left, he then texted me and apologized and said that he could do $17,500 even though he had been acting like it was absurd and outlandish that I would even offer that price earlier. If he had been respectful and cordial, I would have gone back and gotten the car, but as mentioned earlier, I am not interested in doing business with someone who was so disrespectful to me. I was completely caught off guard by this as he had been extremely nice before, I was trying to be reasonable with my offer and approach the negotiation in a calm logical way since I was trying to make this a good experience, I am still not sure if something I said offended him or what happened. The dealership as a whole seemed great right up until that experience, so just take this into account if you plan on going there and trying to negotiate. More
