Horrible Service I have been in sales for 16 years and the key to sales is customer service. This dealership has NONE.. I went to this dealership because people said their service depot was good I went to get service done on my 19 ram limited and have other vehicles as well. After 3 weeks of trying their customer service is horrible. No one comes to your vehicle and greets you at the service drive then once you go up there in my case I have recalls and a few other issues and need a loaner cal they didn’t have any for over 3 weeks however when I tell them which they played the run around game that I am allowed $35 a day from enterprise they tell me well we’re busy so you call them like are you kidding me. I’m the customer it’s not my job to do yours needless to say I pulled right out of the service drive after multiple attempts to have them do what is right by the customer More

We visited many other Purchased a Pacifica Hybrid from Jim Skidmore and I have to say it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We visited many other dealers while doing our research on the Pacificas. Jim was very straight forward and transparent throughout the process. He gave us a fair price on our trade ($1000 higher than the quote from the dealer we bought it from) and showed us his bottom line price on the hybrid. We left and checked other dealers. Another local dealer stated there was no way Jim would honor the price he quoted us, as there had to be hidden fees that we would incur during the finance process. This was absolutely not the case. The price was what Jim quoted us (I even took a picture of the price and sent it to the other salesman, no response). Great transaction from beginning to end. Thanks again! More

Made a deal which ended up being a very fair price and they gave me almost full KBB trade-in value for my ride (around $19K). In all honesty it was a rainy day and also the last day of the month, which I was conscious of, but my salesmen was nice and I left there happy. That is what is all it is about, right? More
Lied about the car. Lied about the deal. I have a deal worked up over the phone... They said "its summer and we know we can get more than that." But a week prior it was summer too.... Why wouldn't they just not make that deal to start with? When I argued and wanted to speak with a sales manager, or the owner of the dealership, NOONE answer, got everyones voicemail, and no call back... this dealership is the reason the car business has the crappy name that they do.
