Pending sale was sold to someone else Beyond upset with Pearl. Working with a salesman and manager last night near close in regards to buying a new truck. It was late, the manager offer Beyond upset with Pearl. Working with a salesman and manager last night near close in regards to buying a new truck. It was late, the manager offered to let me bring the truck home to see if it would fit in my garage and was going to work on the numbers overnight and would let his salesman know today what we were at. The manager assured me that he was going to have his salesman note that the truck was pending sale and we could follow up when I was off work next (I work 24 hour shifts). I brought the truck back last night, a few hours after I checked it out since I worked 24 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to return it for another day, and called this afternoon to follow up with my salesman to see what the numbers were at and to ensure that the dents are being fixed as we discussed before we finalized anything. I just got a return phone call from the salesman saying oh sorry but someone bought the truck and is currently signing paperwork. Of course I was offered to come back and check out another truck on their lot, but I declined. Why should I do business here, they don't care about you unless you're signing the dotted line, all they want is a sale. More
