Pearl has been by far the best dealership my husband and I have come across. When we finally picked out what we wanted, the sales team worked hard to get us approved through one of their banks and sure enough we were granted approval. A few days after our purchase, we noticed rail dust on the paint that we couldn’t get off along with some moisture in the headlights. Always going above and beyond for the customer I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to have a leak fixed. The tech couldnt find where exactly the leak was coming from and each time I brought it I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times to have a leak fixed. The last time I brought in they were finally able to find the leak. They gave me a loaner for two days until my vehicle was complete.
