Salesman, Blayne, screwed up on transferring the correct plates to my new Jeep Cherokee. This cost me taking a day off work to visit the DMV to correct his mistake. It also cost me $50 for the error. Despit plates to my new Jeep Cherokee. This cost me taking a day off work to visit the DMV to correct his mistake. It also cost me $50 for the error. Despite this, Blayne and dealership won’t own up to their error! I wasn’t the one who transferred the wrong plates!!! I gave Blayne the registration for my 2018 Jeep (which my son uses for school) to Blayne in order to get the rebate only and he knows that! I never once asked him to transfer those plates onto my 2021 Jeep! He took it upon himself to do so!! I understand that mistakes happen but to not even attempt to correct it is what gets me! VERY POOR customer service and I will take my business elsewhere!!! More
