We are sorry that you feel this way. We work very hard on every vehicle to make sure we give you what it is worth when we take it in on trade. You agreed with the value that you were given. If you did not you could have said NO. For your information and to whoever else wants to know on the process of a trade in. First we give you what the vehicle is worth minus any damage or mechanical repairs that need to be done on the vehicle. Then the vehicle gets posted online and when we post the price we have to make sure that we have enough room for any service work that is being done. Once everything is updated then the price starts to go down. Not only that. There is a difference in TRADE VALUE compared to RETAIL VALUE. Trade in Value on your trade is $13000 and we gave you more than that and I still have to put it through service, so I am really confused on why you are so upset about that. Oh and buy the way we sold you the truck you bought over $2000 less than Retail Value. So you received over trade value for your trade and bought ours under value and you received a great service from the people that work here. That sounds like a great Deal to me. There were no mechanical issues with my trade. There were no dings, dents, or scratches. You are correct though, I could have said no to taking that amount for the trade. So the fault is my own. That does not change the fact that I was lied to and led to believe that what I was offered was a fair price for the trade. It was not and you know it. I had looked other places before coming to you and was offered $2000.00 more than what you gave me. I liked the truck you were selling better. I used to work for Watseka Dodge, I understand the difference between trade/retail value. You should never assume that a person does not know what they are talking about. You did not give me a fair value for my trade. When you try to make 4 to 5 thousand dollars off of a customer that is buying a vehicle from you, that is robbery in my opinion. Especially when you are making money on the vehicle that you are selling to the customer. Again this is my opinion, it does not mean that everyone should agree with it. The deal is done, I am happy with the vehicle that I purchased from you. The review I gave was my honest feelings. If you look at my review, I said that everything else about the experience was fantastic. But again I want to be clear, I could have said no. The fault for allowing this to happen is mine. I made the decision to go ahead with the purchase.

Thank you for your review. We take a lot of pride in the service work that we do and we always test drive the vehicles after we fix them to make sure they are operating the correct way. In your case the vehicle messed up after you picked it up which can happen. We then worked on it as soon as you brought it back and fixed it. Sometimes parts fail even if they are new, but when this happens we try and do whatever we can to get it fixed right away. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to our service Manager and he will be glad to talk with you about it.

You did not test drive it the first time after fixing the first time we saw them drive it out and park in front no test drive. As I drove the car while exiting your lot it died and the radio now was not functioning due to excessive static it was really bad never had that problem was on all stations before exiting your lot and I then tried to restart and took it for a test drive which I brought the vehicle back immediately and went to the service line which you took and replaced the part again with two techs working on vehicle and Rob the service manager said he took for test drive and seems to be ok. Every time I come in for service I experience disappointment in the service.

We have lots of customers and we treat everyone with respect and we try to make sure the vehicle is fixed right the first time but things do happen. This is not new for any service department.
