This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I live in Texas and when I found this online I called up and spoke with Sean. He was honest about everything. He gave me my trade value over the phone. It wasn’t the highest offer but it was fair. To be honest the customer service more than made up for the trade value. Their wasn’t much back and forth because I don’t have time for that, they gave me their best offer, I gave them mine and we met in the middle. Put 500$ down but told them I wouldn’t be able to drive up for a week and a half. They said no problem, and had my back overnight a check for the total. Sean kept in constant contact until the morning I arrived. Walked in the dealership at 9am, truck was detailed, ready to go on the showroom floor. Took about 10 mins to complete the rest of the paperwork and my trade in. Met the GSM Chad and the Finance Officer Jimmy. Both were really nice and super helpful. Actually had some good deals on the extended warranty but no pressure to buy that day. I told them I drove all the way too then because they do not charge over MSRP for their allocated vehicles. Dealerships here in Austin were charging over 10k markups. Everyone told me that the owner doesn’t believe in that and that she takes care of anyone who comes to buy a vehicle. I thought that was great to hear that people still think like that. It’s the whole reason I got rid of my Ford after owning 3 Raptors. I was out of the dealership within 30 mins and back on the road for a 16hr trip back. During the night I realized I left my work credentials in a side pocket of my trade in. Text Sean he found it immediately and overnighted it back to me in Texas. I offered to pay because it was my mistake but he declined and took care of it. Top notch people and operation here, everyone is on top of it and working together. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I met here that day. Even the front desk lady had my deposit refund check ready to go. Thank you. More

This dealership service department is junk. They did work on my car and did half xxx work. They said they fixed my problem but instead they cut wires to hide the actual problem to trick the com They did work on my car and did half xxx work. This would be the 3rd time for the same thing. I would highly recommend not bringing your car there for service or even buying anything from there. Service told me what they said they fixed but another dealer ship beg to defer. Dodge has been called and legal. Do not buy or bring anything to this dealer. They don't care about there customers. All they care about is turn over and making money. More
