I spent a week looking for a used car to buy with cash. The first place I went to was Peake (5 hours away from my house), found a car I liked but wanted to shop around a bit. They were willing to take 32,500 for a used 328I I wasn't ready to spend that and wanted to shop around. 5 days later I called and said I would take the car, but I wouldn't be in until 5pm because I was busy. I showed up at 430pm and they had sold the car out from under me! I am in the military and Integrity first is one of my core values. If you tell someone that you have a deal and then they drive 2 hours out of their way to come purchase it, you shouldn't sell it out from under them. Stephen the salesman tried to talk the manager and the salesman cliff out of selling it because he had already made the tag for me and got it detailed. The used car manager did not agree probably because the person was paying more than I was going to pay. What a way to be treated by the people that I risk my life for. I'm so glad I wasted the time I could have used to spend with my family, after I just got home from a deployment, to go waste it at Peake BMW. I will never step foot on that dealership again. More
Transmission on my 3 series was locked up, was told that my car needs a new transmission at $6500. Paid $100 fee and left. I had my car serviced at Peake BMW for 4.5 years. It was convenient because they gave a loaner vehicle and I didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. I had a persistent interior noise for which I brought the car in 4 times in the past 2.5 that they finally got right this last time. Each time they blamed something for the noise and since my extended warranty covered it, I went ahead and had it fixed, only to find that it never solved the problem. I found that each time I brought the car in, they would never do a complete job. For instance, I had an oil change and less than 2 months later, another shop found that I had an oil valve leak--which should have been detected when I got the oil change initially. I got the coolant tank replaced with Peake and they did not check the pressures-- and a month later, I had a problem with my water pump. Had they checked the pressure, they would have realized that they needed to fix the water pump also. But finally the straw that broke the camel's back was when my car was in their shop for 7 days and they called me on the 5th day to tell me that my car had a flat tire and that it was not their fault. I had dropped off the car with fine tires an a complete walk through. They refused to accept responsibility. In addition, they tried to charge me $290 for a tire I could get at another shop for $175. After taking my car back and having the tire replaced elsewhere, I called Richard (the service manager) about my concerns about the tire, the missed work that should have been completed initially, and the fact that there were many MORE miles on my car than when I dropped it off there. He did not return my call. I left him a detailed message about my concerns and he outright ignored me and NEVER CALLED BACK. Peake BMW's service department obviously doesn't care about customer service or their customers. They just try to get customers to pay and get in and out, despite whether or not they've done the job right. I would never recommend anyone to go get their car serviced there. More
Just left Peake to change out wiper blades and it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I guess black people can`t own a $50,000 car? I can see things never change in Louisiana. Took my X3 in for a simple battery replacement. Car has 48k miles and had to be jumped off. A quick diagnostic at my local gas station revealed that the battery would not hold a charge. Since it was under warranty, I took it to Peake for repairs. Well, it's day three and Peake has yet to even touch my X3. In the meantime I do not have transportation and Peake flatly refused to provide a loaner. Replacing the battery takes about an hour. To do this they will have kept my car for over three days. Ask yourself, is this luxury car service ? More

My ratings for 5+ is for Mike Dugas. He's the best Service Advisor there is at Peake BMW. Out of all my scheduled services, Mike Dugas has been the only SA that has made me felt welcomed. He ensured that my car was entirely serviced before it was given back to me. If anyone needs service, please ask for MIKE DUGAS.<br><br>On the other note, prices at the Parts Dept. are a RIP! You're better off ordering online from Circle or Pacific BMW. More
I brought the car in for service and luckily I found no problem with the work done. The problem was that when the car was dropped off they started to write the work order up on the hood of the car. I can only imagine what happens to your vehicle behind the garage doors if they see no problem doing things like that in front of you. Also, when the car was picked up the receipt said that they washed the car and that did not happen. Honestly I was happy about that because I am the only person allowed to wash my car but why lie about something like that? Take your car to Bimmerwerks in Harahan. Jim is the best. More

I took it to European Automotive in Jackson, MS. They put the right size tire on the car, cleared the computer codes and charged me $70. I had to drive the car at 40mph for 200 miles to get this done. More
