Once she showed me the 2018 X3 I knew instantly it was the one for me. From there the purchasing was smooth sailing. Keep in mind, me owning a Beamer was only a dream. But Rola turned that dream into reality. Long story short, she was sweet and patient with me and acknowledged all of my demands. Yes, demands. Lol. she’s wonderful. GO FOR IT!! More

After they “replaced and fixed” a sensor in my vehicle, which took several attempts on their part over several weeks, my children and I found ourselves broken down on the side of the road. Long story short- they aren’t wanting to make this issue right and make my vehicle safe for my family. Again- at first they responded right away and were very helpful. Now, I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls. I’ve been very polite and thankful to the used car manager, Sam, and have even left messages for the GM, Joe, but neither have cared to respond by a phone call, text, or email. It’s sad that I’m the two and a half months I’ve owned my vehicle, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been with me. I sure would’ve loved to have been communicated with to get this issue resolved to finally get my vehicle back...safely. More

These men will tell you anything and make empty promises to get you to buy a car. Then once you buy the car they will deny everything they promised and lie about it. I was sold what I thought was an extended warranty and come to find out it was an extended maintenance. When I brought my car to get the oil leak checked I found out that the cost to repair it would be $2500 and the extended maintenance did not cover this. I was talked in to trading my car in and I told them the only way I could purchase a new car was if they refunded or wrote off the BMW credit card they charged $2000 on for the extended warranty. Of course they promised to do this and of course they lied and since they use shady tactics such as switching salesmen throughout the whole process they are denying they agreed to this. I'm now stuck with a $2000 credit card for a warranty on a car I no longer own. What is surprising to me is that they sold my other car that supposedly has an extended maintenance warranty but it has never been fully paid for. Could this be fraud? Do not use this dealership they are horrible. For the new car I bought I brought it in because the tire was saying it had low pressure, the idiots did not inspect the tire they checked the display screen which an 8 year old could do and now I'm having to put air in it twice a week. Well my attorney spoke to the manager and they tried to Bribe me to take down my negative ratings. They said they would give me $1000 to delete my review. Well the credit are balance is $2000 not $1000. I somehow don't think that this is within good ethical standards but I guess when dealing with thieves and liars anything goes. More
rip off back brake light was out, check with bmw light was on recall, took it in to peake bmw, ,i was told also that my i needed some other work, ok , somethi back brake light was out, check with bmw light was on recall, took it in to peake bmw, ,i was told also that my i needed some other work, ok , something at a cost of 145.00,ok. a week later break light fail to go out, after having a dead battery, in parking lot, took my car back to bmw, on a monday, after a couple of hours , chuck said i would have to leave it, they could not figure nout the problem, electrical components was causeing a problem, he showed me approx. 3 o4 pages that could be the problem. but he had never seen anything like these problen, butn there nwas water in the battery compartment, ibut it would be ready for the next day tue, tue ni was told , they still couldn't find the problem, but i ask ncould i get a loner, no waiting list was long, but there nwas a shuttle,wednesday i was told ,still didn't know the problem, later got call from chuck ,state the light was working, but the other problem would cost $4,500 to fix, i refuse , pick up my car thur, ask for a copy of the thing chuck sid was a problem, ,he told me i was rude, because i talk with my hand, he give me work order on someone else car, also i heard aother tech. offering a loner car to another customer,when i first went back to them regarding th break light they wanted to charge me $143.00because the tech had to get paid.,one of the worst bmw service center in the world, there should do a class action against them More

Their services had improved markedly from other reviews I see in the past. My name is Georges Joseph and I m a physician in the New Orleans area. Couple months ago, they replaced the dash on my new X5 50i and did an impeccable Job. Richie was my service rep then. And last weekend, my 335i bmw broke down. When I arrived to Peak's service department, Kristen and Sivan went out of their way to help me and provided a courtesy car although I arrived after the rental car was closed. They were very polite, helpful and genuine. I was extremely pleased with the service provided. More

unsatisfied with their customer service manager My car was in their shop for about a month, I have a 2012bmw x5! I live in Mississippi and would drive up about every week Bc they would call and say My car was in their shop for about a month, I have a 2012bmw x5! Each trip I made up there, upon reinspection it seems like they would find something that wasn't done or taken cared of that was in the work order! Why would you not do that causing inconvenience to a customer who has to drive that far?! On top of that, they washed and supposedly had my car ready but then backed my car into another car which caused further delay, another trip back home! Few months after, my car is back in the shop due to a coolant leak that they repaired previously! You know what the surprise is?? The reason why it was leaking is Bc their technician (bmw specialist) installed it in incorrectly! No way huh? Yes that happened! Also my supposedly washes and detailed car came back filthy! Wow!! Never again.. I'm trading in my vehicle to purchase something else! More
