I picked up my KIA on Monday and on my way home yesterday the radio went out! Nothing on the screen would work and I was driving in silence. I pulled into the Peak KIA Service and Chad came out and showed me the radio went out! Nothing on the screen would work and I was driving in silence. Extraordinary, is the only word to describe my experience with Peak Kia. Your Sales Rep. Mr. Paul O’Farrell was extraordinary. His professional approach and mature demeanor was instrumental in defusing with Peak Kia. Your Sales Rep. Mr. Paul O’Farrell was extraordinary. His professional approach and mature demeanor was instrumental in defusing a volatile situation. I was extremely agitated, to say the least. Paul took charge of the situation and was able the set me at ease, and was able to start to solve my problem. Your Technician Mr. Matt Friedli was extraordinary. He is one of those savvy and unique individuals that can think outside the box. He was able to quickly analyze my situation and come up with and extraordinary easy fix to my problem. I would recommend that he communicate to KIA his solution. I am sure other service dept. could benefit from his expertise. I want you to know that because of Paul and Matt I will continue my patronage and will recommend Peak KIA at every opportunity. Peak KIA is a Great Idea!!! More

Fantastic service by Chad and Brett in the service department. I have owned many different luxury cars and their service and customer lounge is amount the best I have ever received! And as a nice touc department. I have owned many different luxury cars and their service and customer lounge is amount the best I have ever received! And as a nice touch not only did they clean my vehicle, they cleaned the interior, floor mats and went the extra mile to essentially detail the car as if it was brand new! I really appreciate the prompt service and little things they do to make your experience the best it could be. And, if you do go in for service the customer lounge has wonderful massage chairs, a workout facility as well as fresh baked cookies!!!! Regards, Rex Williams More
DO NOT take your car here to be serviced. $1200 and they didnt't put it back together correctly. Two days after picking the vehicle up it was missing on 3 of the 6 cylinders. A week later it was discovere didnt't put it back together correctly. Two days after picking the vehicle up it was missing on 3 of the 6 cylinders. A week later it was discovered that the mechanic failed to reconnect the engine fan. Took it both times to a neighborhood garage and they fixed it for FREE!! Left a message for the service underwriter to call me and a month later still waiting. Will never buy or get a car repaired here again. More

The air bag light was light on my new vehicle that we purchased from Shannon. Thank you Shannon for a job well done. He stayed late to meet with my husband and insured that he was happy with this purch purchased from Shannon. Thank you Shannon for a job well done. He stayed late to meet with my husband and insured that he was happy with this purchase. He went above and beyond his call. We called and spoke to Paul, who advised us to bring the vehicle in. We obtained same day service and was able to speak to Paul upon arrival. Every employee we spoke to was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate the assistance we received when we arrived, we were treated as if our concern was important. Paul even took the time to wash off my car for me, WOW!! He showed me how to navigate through the car services, and never once made me feel as if I was taking too much of his time. He explained all of the different gadgets and their functions, since I wasn't present when my husband purchased the vehicle. Paul was very professional; his exceptional customer service makes Peak Kia our new home. You have exceeded our expectations.
