Took over a month with replacing the instrument cluster. Everytime I called for a weekly update, on hold for at least 5 minutes, had to leave a message and about a 50% return call rate. So instead of sending surveys, how about looking at the service date backlog and provide me updates or options to expedite. Even asked for a manager once and got voice mail and no return call. Cost me several hundred $$ in not having the car. More

The overall service was pretty good. Overall, things came out OK.We had an issue with no home link hook-up on the window visor in order to open the garage door from the car.It was one of the items I had asked for on the 2021 K-5 GT vehicle we link hook-up on the window visor in order to open the garage door from the car.It was one of the items I had asked for on the 2021 K-5 GT vehicle well prior to it arriving at the dealer. The bad part was we found out at the very last second. However, Matt was able to get it installed, so we came back a couple hours later to pick it up. I don' think anyone did anything wrong, and maybe I should have followed it more closely. I also, think the majority of people buying a 2021 model would assume such a common link would be on the car. Lastly, Tony, Rocco, and Matt came through and were professional and showed genuine concern for our satisfaction. More
