Lack of communication I requested an oil change and wanted my brakes looked at. I was never called for pricing on the breaks. It was just done, at a much higher price than I requested an oil change and wanted my brakes looked at. I was never called for pricing on the breaks. Finally I just went in to see what was going on and was surprised with the bill. I was going to buy my next Kia from this location, but not now. More
