On this occasion, I needed I purchased a Kia Soul in March 2019, and everything has been good until a recent routine visit on Saturday 13 July 2019. On this occasion, I needed corrections for both the air conditioning and taillights. While the air conditioning was fixed, the taillights were still having issues. When I described how they were not lighting when the brakes were pressed, the tech stated the issue could not be duplicated, and thus, nothing was wrong. The frustration was that I continued to get noticed by other drivers and local law enforcement that the lights needed correction. In the end, I had to visit a local auto parts store to find suitable replacement lights, and they were able to install them to get me back on the road. It is slightly concerning that the service department could not fix this issue, leaving a bit of doubt on whether I should return for future repairs and updates. More
