Everyone I speak with there is very friendly and helpful and the service is always good. I’m very glad they’re in my neighborhood! Past Experiences Good, This Time Not The Case All my experiences at your dealership have been very good, however, this time (8/26/19) I was not very satisfied. I did not like the way the Peak All my experiences at your dealership have been very good, however, this time (8/26/19) I was not very satisfied. I did not like the way the Peak KIA rep checking me in operated, as I felt pressured in adding things to the 30K mile service check. He was trying to sell me on having my spark plugs changed, even after I stated several times they were changed in my last service check. He did finally check my records once again and did in fact find that the spark plugs were replaced in my previous visit. In addition, I asked to have my battery checked as I told the rep that it sounded weak when starting the vehicle, and the driver's seat was not being moved forward or backward at times when starting or turning off the vehicle. The Peak KIA rep stated the techs informed him the battery was good, which I was very skeptical…I was more skeptical about the rep than the techs. To satisfy my instincts, I took it to another place and they ran a diagnostics on the battery which showed it was indeed bad, in fact, very bad! Luckily I pursued my instincts and had it checked out elsewhere, as I would have been very disappointed if I was stranded somewhere with a dead battery! I bought my vehicle from Peak KIA and have had all vehicle services performed at your dealership, even though there is another KIA dealership located closer to where I live. However, after this incident I will think twice before bringing back to your dealership. More
