Frustrating We first noticed the decline in the service level when we first encountered Ashley in the Service Department. Several months ago we had the passeng We first noticed the decline in the service level when we first encountered Ashley in the Service Department. Several months ago we had the passenger door power window serviced in our 2011 Sportage. Ever since this repair, we've had trouble with the door panel sticking. When we had it serviced again we were told the wrong plugs were used at the time of the power window repair. Even with new plugs we continued to have problems with the door panel getting stuck and the door not opening. When we attempted to pull the door open, the panel separated from the door. This time we were told we'd have to pay $425+ to purchase a new door panel and have it installed. Nobody at Kia sees the irony that the original problem was the result of service we received at Peak Kia. Monday,, 10/14, we were told the door panel would be ordered and would take 2-3 days to be received. Today is the 4th day and we haven't heard from the Service Department. I called to inquire and nobody in the Service Department could be located. The receptionist took our phone # and said she'd call back once she could locate somebody. We need the door repair completed on 10/21 or 10/22. We gave 2 stars instead of 0 stars because we did get the oil changed. More

My service advisor (Trey Battistic) was professional, friendly, and provided great info (tire pressure indicator for KIAs is very sensitive). I felt very comfortable posing my questions and receiving responses I understood. I love the customer lounge, too. Water, coffee, popcorn, comfy chairs, and even 2 massage chairs to try out. So happy with my 2016 KIA Sportage! More
