Long Wait - Mediocre Service - Partial Repair I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 20 minutes before a service writer spoke to me other than to say I'll be right with you as he r I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 20 minutes before a service writer spoke to me other than to say I'll be right with you as he ran by. The couple who came in after me received immediate service. I'll grant that maybe they had an earlier appointment than me. The service writer had no information from the online form that I filled out and so we had to cover all my details again which takes more time. I was very disappointed but was assured they had a new system and he wasn't sure how to interface it. So, 35 minutes after my arrival I was sent to the lounge. The lounge is lovely but the fabulous massage chairs everyone raves about were not working. Refreshments were nice and there is plenty of comfy seating. I waited about an hour and the service writer came over and said that they were replacing all the things I came in for. They suggested a couple of other pricey services which I think I received at the other Kia dealership just last year. (I guess, Kia dealerships do not share car history.) I declined those and waited. About 30 minutes later, the car was ready. I processed out and was very pleased that my car was washed after service. That's very nice! But I was again disappointed when I went to drive out of the parking lot and my blinker was still fast clicking like it wasn't working. I backed up and drove back into the bay. It took about another 10 minutes to be told the bulb just wasn't seated properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the price and extremely disappointed in the time and service level. The service writer was very nice but almost seemed distracted or out of sorts. I will go back one more time and see if the pattern continues. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE I can’t say enough great things about Peak Kia. I have the new Telluride and I came to the service department to get my first oil change because the f I can’t say enough great things about Peak Kia. I have the new Telluride and I came to the service department to get my first oil change because the first one is free. After the first oil change, my plan was to take my vehicle to a Kia dealership closer to my house to get any remaining service or oil changes done.... my thought process changed after meeting Bobby in the service department. Not only did he greet me upon arrival but took care of my oil change plus a few extras that my car needed. His professional attitude and laid back approach will definitely warrant the extra 30 minute drive time to drive to dealership that treats you like family. Thanks so much for a great experience and I will see you in 6 months! More
