I have the new Telluride and I came to the service department to get my first oil change because the first one is free. After the first oil change, my plan was to take my vehicle to a Kia dealership closer to my house to get any remaining service or oil changes done.... my thought process changed after meeting Bobby in the service department. Not only did he greet me upon arrival but took care of my oil change plus a few extras that my car needed. His professional attitude and laid back approach will definitely warrant the extra 30 minute drive time to drive to dealership that treats you like family. Thanks so much for a great experience and I will see you in 6 months! More

The issue was the next day my battery was dead, but my paperwork from my service appointment said that my battery was in good condition. I did not leave any lights on and none of my doors were left open so my battery was not impacted by me. So it leads me to believe that either my battery wasn’t checked and marked that it was good, or that they left something on while working on the tires and drained my battery, then charging it enough for me to get it home. If that is the case, I would have much rather been told I needed a new battery that day instead of waking up to a dead battery Sunday with a closed service department and having to do more work on my car. It had been very cold the previous week and we had no issues with the car battery until right after my appointment at peak kia. Have been coming to this location for about 1.5 years and felt that I could trust the service team with my car but that apparently is not the case. I will not be coming back to peak kia. More

No timeline was ev I took my car in to replace the ignition, this was the dealership I bought it from in 2012: It took an entire week to be completed. No timeline was ever met when it came to calls back on progress or the actual service itself. Trey, my contact, in contrast was a pleasure to work with in person but it wasn’t until I showed up that my car seemed important to the department. Even so, it took another two hours after I arrived to get my car because it wasn’t ready at the stated time of 10am, I even gave them an extra hour and showed up at 11 but still didn’t leave until after 1pm. I wanted to buy my next car here, I have my heart set on a telluride, but at no point was there an admission from the staff that this could have gone better. I’m on the fence on whether or not my business actually matters to them. On the upside, my ignition and all my locks were replaced and are now in working condition. Like most folks I need my car for work and to get my child to and from school, this was a major and costly disruption. Between the cost of repairs and the rental I was forced to extend my costs exceeded $1,000 out of pocket. I was out of warranty on the parts and service. It was not the way I wanted to start the holiday season, we’ll see if the feeling lingers when I’m ready to buy again in June. Maybe that $30,000 is better spent elsewhere, time will tell.
