Actual Service was Good, but Health/Safety Can Improve Came to get my 60K service. Advisor did an awesome job walking through each service aspect line-by-line and allowing me to confirm what I actually wan Came to get my 60K service. I asked not to have any tire/alignment work as I'd just had new tires installed, and I also pointed out needing new spark plugs and getting brake pads checked. All of these requests were noted with a smile (via the eyes, since we're all wearing masks right now due to the COVID pandemic). Waiting room experience was OK. I'm dinging one star for my experience as 1) Peak Kia didn't enforce customers wearing masks while indoors (I did but an entire family came in without masks), and 2) a Peak Kia employee (not sure whom) was walking around amid waiting room customers with his nose hanging out of his mask. Made me fairly uncomfortable. Outside of the waiting room, the rest of the experience was good. I plan to return for my next service. More

This has been my dealership for the past 9 years. The service for the first couple of years was amazing. Then I feel like it was hit or miss with the associate I had each time I went in. I have gotten ti service for the first couple of years was amazing. Then I feel like it was hit or miss with the associate I had each time I went in. I have gotten tires twice and it was a big pain because they didn't last very long but Kia would not replace or even prorate the tires after only 12,000 miles. I emailed and then called manager with no help. Also after leaving one time my car antenna fell off driving down the road after I left the dealership. They had just done a car wash ,but said it was not there fault and would only pay for a new Antenna but I would need to pay over $100 for the labor. Just wish they would get back to great customer service again! More

Hot Issue between normal service My car was overheating due to a minor radiator leak and a fan clutch not functioning. I called Trey, he got me in right away. They needed a few days to fix it, but it was done and tested and good to go. Everyone in Service treats me like I'm family which I love. So many people I know say, "don't take your car to a dealership. They won't take care of you." I have to say they are wrong, at least with my team at Peak Kia. My Sportage is a 2002 and they have always serviced it and treat it like it's one of their own vehicles. I have never been disappointed with the work, the quality, or the price. I recommend Peak Kia to others all the time. A big thank you to my team of Bobby, Mark and Trey. More
