Service I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I then heard a noise. I took my vehicle in and they diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately I had to call t I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I then heard a noise. I took my vehicle in and they diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately I had to call to see what they found, I had to ask how long they needed to keep her. I had to call to see if they were done. I picked her up, there was no new oil change sticker on windshield, they never reset the oil life on the car. I did get an outside car wash and I appreciate that they fixed the noise (under warranty). But it was just done half xxxxx. I do understand they are busy, but a little effort doesn't hurt. More

My Sorento was towed there due to a dead battery from setting in my parking garage for several months during our stay-in-place order. It was serviced as well as getting a new battery.
