I have been coming for almost 5 years for all the maintenance on my Kia Sorento. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Trey is awesome. I scheduled this appointment for my my telluride's first service. I also requested that the recent recall for headlights be taking care of too. I called back to find out how much time the appointment would service. I also requested that the recent recall for headlights be taking care of too. I called back to find out how much time the appointment would take. The representative that time said with a car wash included it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. I said I would appreciate a car wash afterwards. When I arrived for my service appointment I was met by a service representative who inquired what I was needing today. I stated that my vehicle needed its first service. He asked if I'd be staying till the service was completed and I said yes. I waited in the customer lounge for over one-and-a-half hours. I asked if all work had been completed which included the service and recall. The service representative stated that only the periodic service had been completed not the recall service. He stated the recall service would take over three hours longer. I approached my vehicle and notice that it had not been cleaned either. So, naturally I'm unable to award a full five stars because specific services we're neglected and time slots we're not expressed accurately. More
Love Peak Kia!!! Employees are awesome, they are very organized, and it's very clean. Every time I have been there; to purchase the car, have the oil changed, just to ask questions, replace a defective organized, and it's very clean. Service for recall on 6/15/2020. Took almost three hours was not done. Due to new parts was not properly function.He will order the new parts. I called him on 6/24/2020. And he said that he has the new part was not done. Due to new parts was not properly function.He will order the new parts. I called him on 6/24/2020. And he said that he has the new parts, and scheduled to service my Kia on 6/29/2020. I went there on 6/29/2020. Around 10:10am. He told me reschedule for service again, because they ran out of parts again. They just used new parts for other customer’s SUV. Yes, I had enough with them, and won’t go back there anymore. My house is about 29 miles from this dealer. More
