Friendly staff in sales and service. You don't often find friendly people in service most places. I usually don't choose Kia but my optima needed some extensive work I wanted oem parts for from someone who r friendly people in service most places. My only reason I wouldn't recommend is due to labor cost. It was almost double what the parts cost! I rather go to a local shop in my area that's much cheaper of a rate. More
