Great Customer Service; Health/Safety Needs Improvement I unfortunately experienced a dead battery on a Sunday evening. While I was able to get a jump the following morning, I knew I'd risk having the same issue again if I didn't get my car checked out soon. I called Peak's Service Department and got Trey on the phone. Despite an incredibly busy morning, Trey took the time to: - Listen to my situation and advise on possible issues (battery, alternator, starter) - Give me suggestions on my courses of action - Offer to work me in as best as he could for an inspection that day - Candidly let me know options regarding loaner vehicles, using the wait room, potential wait times, etc. He did all of the above in a friendly manner and was clearly listening and engaged with me over the phone. When I arrived at Peak about an hour later, Trey continued the great customer service by: - Working me in as a walk-in appointment - Taking the time to answer my questions following the diagnostics (my battery wasn't holding enough of a charge) - Coordinating getting me out the door and on my way the same day with a new battery I truly appreciate Trey's customer service throughout the whole experience. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is for an unrelated reason: While I was in the waiting room, two other people (teenagers/young adults) were not wearing masks nor were cognizant of keeping 6ft away from others. The Kia representative who met with them regarding their vehicle didn't ask them to mask up either. It made my wait somewhat anxiety-ridden as I had to be constantly mindful of keeping space between me and them. More
