I brought my car in for an oil change and told Tray Battistic that the steering wheel was squeaky and also the transmission had a hard time going from 2rpm to 3 rpm. This is a Nissan Rogue. Trey tol Battistic that the steering wheel was squeaky and also the transmission had a hard time going from 2rpm to 3 rpm. This is a Nissan Rogue. Trey told me he was not sure what he was supposed to do but he was willing to try. He did, and the squeaking is gone and even the transmission runs better. Took care of the recall service in a reasonable amount of time. Wanted to buy a spare key. Parts said they had it there so gave the green light to purchase. Turns out it was “packaged wrong” and wasn’t the r time. Wanted to buy a spare key. Parts said they had it there so gave the green light to purchase. Had one ordered (and paid for in advance) and told it would be overnighted and can return the next day to have it programmed. Called before returning only to be told the system said it wouldn’t arrive for another 3 days. Would have been willing to go to another dealership if they had it in stock than to wait 4 days. More
