Steve was very friendly and helpful. He helped my husband on the phone, and even though the dealership was some distance from where we live he made it worth our while to make the drive. While we test drove the first vehicle he set up the second, getting it started and warm for when we returned. He was quick to answer our questions and if he didn't know something himself he sought out the answer.
