I have no reservations about recommending Peak KIA to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I dealt with Nick on the floor. He came out to the lot and set us up with a test drive within minutes. Ken did an excellent job with working with our very specific and somewhat unique needs. We were trading down to utilize value in a high value trade to get two lower value trades so we would have a car specific and somewhat unique needs. I can't begin to say how exceptional my experience was with buying my new car. I was not very prepared to buy a new car, but the engine seized on my old car and I needed a new one right away. I spent 7 hours looking, test driving, and getting bullied by other dealerships before finding Justin at Peak Kia. He came highly recommended and he surpassed my expectations by a long shot. He made sure I not only got what I wanted, but what I needed. He worked very hard to get the payments where I needed them to be, made sure he took advantage of all financial incentives available to me, and got me into a new car for the same price as what I had been quoted elsewhere on a used car. He did this because he understood that I needed the full length warranty only available on a new car. I bought my previous car new in 1999 and drove it into the ground. He knew that I would do the same with my new purchase, so he made sure I got the full 10 year warranty to allow me to do so with greater confidence (WITHOUT COMPROMISING MY BUDGET!)Because I unexpectedly found myself without a car and had no way to get down to the dealership- he did all of this over the phone and via e-mail. After a few hours, HE DELIVERED MY CAR TO MY HOUSE! We signed all the paperwork at my dining room table, and he gave me a full tutorial and tour of my new SOUL in front of house. I have never heard of any car dealer that would do that! Justin was amazing, his knowledge of the process, programs, and the vehicle itself was exceptional.
