I was in the market for a Crossover/SUV for a company car. I spent over a month searching. The first place I started was Peak Kia. I immediately met Lalo and Sophie, what a team! These two go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They both go out of their way to take great care of their customers. After looking at models with the features I wanted and the restrictions the company had, Lalo had Nick, the Sales Manager assist with the pricing. I was presented a package that seemed to work. Unfortunately my company insisted I look at all options. I went to a lot of dealerships, but when it came down to it, Peak was the only dealership on the Front Range wanted my business and was willing to get me what I wanted. Throughout the time Lalo and Sophie both kept in touch with me. I finally got my company to let me move forward. I called Lalo to discuss what we could do. Lalo and Nick both knew the restrictions my company had put on me. Within 15 minutes Lalo called me back. They had another Sorento available at the price I had to be in. The Sorento they offered had all the features I wanted with no compromise even though the price originally started a bit higher. Lalo, Sophie and Nick all worked so hard for my business, they never pushed me into something I didn't want. They never offered me a lesser model with less features. They worked to get me the car I wanted. After comparing so many vehicles, the Sorento had the best value for dollar and a fit and finish comparable to vehicles 15-20k in price higher. Corey the Finance manager made the paperwork so easy with having the boss out of state be able to sign. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a new car purchase. Dealerships in Colorado need to come to Peak and have a training course on how to treat customers. I will never go anywhere else but Peak for vehicle purchases again. Peak is definitely the number 1 reason why Kia is growing like it is here. This team is on top of their game, they care about their customers and they care about their product. No one else in this state will ever have my business again. Peak customer for life. More
We traveled from Lubbock,TX---arrived on Sun.night after dark---looked for the dealership up & down the street in order for us to view the vans we had driven with the intention of making a purchase----the l dark---looked for the dealership up & down the street in order for us to view the vans we had driven with the intention of making a purchase----the lot nor the Kia sign were lighted---when we mentioned this to our salesman the next day, he ignored us. We had done our work through the internet with our son taking care of the details. Our salesman, Nick, informed us that he had to leave & would switch salesmen in the middle of the process. Rather than doing that, he hurried us through the whole process; we felt rushed and like we were just a bother to him(older folks). We had slight contact with the other salesman, Andy Carney---we really liked him. The finance man, Cory, was also very nice to us. The agreement that had been made over the internet stated that the dealership would pay the sales tax. Nick presented the question, "do you want to pay CO sales tax or would you prefer to pay in TX---with the hurrying, etc., we gave a quick answer TX sales tax----he knew that the deal was made with the dealership paying the taxes. Therefore, we feel that he took advantage of us by asking the question----it should never have been asked. The van was not filled with gas, and he agreed to take care of that, but made it seem as though it was a big bother to him----in fact, it seemed as though the whole process was a bother to him. I hope that this answers the question as to "Why" we gave them the ok rating. More

Parts department is great. They give you a quote on a part before you buy. Service is no pressure. The work is done on time and they wsh your vehicle without being asked. More
Husband came back from a business trip and had rented a Kia Optima. Fell in love with it. He went to the dealership in CO and brought a test car home...SURPRISE....it was Saturday afternoon mind you. Wen Kia Optima. Fell in love with it. He went to the dealership in CO and brought a test car home...SURPRISE....it was Saturday afternoon mind you. Went down at 4PM with no plans to buy what so ever. Test drove the turbo EX and fell in love with it. We had a new car (mind you: NOT IN MARKET). Grat car...great mileage and a GREAT sales rep. Steve was knowledgeable, NOT pushy, funny and polite....He was truly the epitome of customer service. Whne it came to negotiating, it was all my deal...and it was fun and easy....My advice to anyone looking for a Kia in the Denver area, go to Peak and seek out Steve!!! BTW, the Optima ROCKS! I am a Lexus, Volvo S80 gal...and I love it....and the gas mileage...WHOA baby!! More

There was not hassle or anything uncomfortable about my experience at Peak KIA. Everyone was friendly and there was no pushy sales culture to deal with. I will be recommending all my friends to Matthew and Peak KIA. More

I had stressed over buying a new vehicle for nearly a month before coming into Peak Kia. I had been given several recommendations from co-workers and friends gushing over their great customer service an month before coming into Peak Kia. I had been given several recommendations from co-workers and friends gushing over their great customer service and the value you get when purchasing a Kia and they were right on the money. Andy was very helpful and took the extra time needed to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and even offered suggestions when I wasn't really sure. He even referred me to his personal Car Insurance agent when I voiced my concerns about my insurance rates increasing. This was my first time buying a New car (I had only bought Used before) and with Andy walking me through the experience I knew exactly what I was getting and why it made sense to get one thing over another, or not to get something that I didn't need. I felt absolutely no pressure and actually had a great deal of fun - something I wasn't expecting. I am going to recommend Peak Kia and ANDY to anyone who tells me they're in the market for a vehicle and the next time I look for another car, I will definitely be going there again. More

At most dealers after you buy the car, the bring you to the back and rob you with add-ons. let me tell you, the finance guy was professional, personal and explained everything in detail and was not just in it to add money. the truth be told, we drove 28 miles from our house to shop with them, and i would do it again in a heart beat. My advise to all, use these guys and you will get friendly, relaxed and personal service!!@! More
