Peak Kia

I have been shopping for my new car for the past two months and found most dealerships are full of poorly trained personnel that have the customer service skills of a door knob. When I entered the lot I was greeted by Ken and found out there are real specialists in this industry. His professionalism was overwhelming immediately. He is new at Peak and recently left a dealer only a block away, Alpine . I shopped this dealer just prior to my arrival at Peak. I found poorly trained sales personnel there that knew nothing about anything. It took Ken three minutes guide me to exactly what I wanted. I felt so at ease dealing with Ken that I bought my car that visit. I did not expect to buy at the time. I spoke of my experience at Alpine and asked why he left. He said they couldn't care less whether he stayed or moved on. What a mistake they made, Peak made out hiring him. He is the best sales person I have met to purchase a vehicle, and bought many cars in my day. After you have made a few visits to the others, go to Peak and ask for Ken and find out how a professional does their job. I am sending my family and friends to him. More

This is the second car have bought from Ken. The first car I purchased was from him at Alpine just down the road. Normally I would prefer an American car but was very pleased with my overall experience w car I purchased was from him at Alpine just down the road. There was a large selection of cars, and Steve was able to show me four or five cars that met my criteria. Steve Bennett at Peak Kia was the best. We shopped on line and received 5 different calls from local area Kia dealerships. Steve was the only person that called back and could give us definite informati line and received 5 different calls from local area Kia dealerships. We ended up buying a better Kia Sorento (more equipped)then we originally intended because the price was just that good. We did a lot of comparison shopping on price before hand and Peak Kia was by far the best. Steve's professionalism both on the phone, at the dealership, and since the purchase has been outstanding. We will go back to Steve when we decide to trade in our older Kia Spectre in the future. More

I had a great experience at Peak Kia as a result of my salesman, Ken Roybal. He is knowledgeable, professional, and not your "typical" car salesman. I have chosen not to buy a Kia because I need a large salesman, Ken Roybal. He is knowledgeable, professional, and not your "typical" car salesman. I think customer service is what is strongest at this dealership. It's a no pressure sale and they allow you to spend time with the car while also working hard to get the amenities you want to make it yo dealership.
