He then pointed us to a vehicle that we had not originally considered, but had more options and price breaks than the one we looked at. We drove it and the rest is history. We were also treated incredibly well by Sophia and Paul, the finance manager, who was absolutely phenomenal and took care of us like no other finance manager has before! My first car buying experience was not nearly as stressful as I was anticipating it would be. Shannon was a new sales person and made sure I found a car that worked for me in my budget. I appreciated that he was up front when he didn't know the answers to my questions and then went and found the answer. I felt very little pressure to buy and was able to drive and compare many cars. I'm happy with my 2007 Kia Spectra. I spent a lot of time looking online. Peak Kia had the most selection by far and a lot of information on their website so I felt pretty informed going in. I do wish I would have asked a few more questions, especially about the warranty I purchased. I made the mistake of not asking the total cost, just how much it would increase my monthly payment. I was also a little confused about what exactly it covers, it ends up that it doesn't cover as much as I thought. I felt a little rushed in the final paper signing stage but am still happy with my purchase, experience and my payments. More
