We were very impressed with Sean, and would definitely ask for him again. We had only one complaint--we were not happy with the treatment from the finance area. We waited an extended amount of time, and the customer service provided by the finance representative left something to be desired. We decided to decline the extended warranty presented, which in turn, changed the attitude of the finance officer. Our perception was once we said no, she wanted us out of the office as soon as possible, and was quite rude from that point forward. We came to Peak Kia in Littleton because they were the only dealer in our extended area that had the vehicle we were looking for thru an on-line web search. We traveled more than 60 miles to get there, a only dealer in our extended area that had the vehicle we were looking for thru an on-line web search. We traveled more than 60 miles to get there, and because of unforseen circumstances, didn't get there until almost 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we couldn't test drive our first choice vehicle, but were able to test our other two choices. Our sales rep, Nick Wehrer, had obviously had a pretty bad day, and when we came in late, I'm sure it didn't add to his day. He was positive and helpful, and willing to work with us, and ended up getting the deal we wanted with our 3rd choice vehicle.
