Matthew was so helpful and not a typical car salesman. I talked with him on the phone and immediately went in to see a few car options. He gave me the keys and 5 minutes after I walked into the dealership I talked with him on the phone and immediately went in to see a few car options. He gave me the keys and 5 minutes after I walked into the dealership I was in a car. I purchased the car within 1 hour and 30 minutes and am so happy with the entire process. Had a problem with Peak saying they would get an extra key made, had the key made then given an old transponder for the door saying we would have to take the car to get key programmed upon investigation v key made, had the key made then given an old transponder for the door saying we would have to take the car to get key programmed upon investigation via the volvo dealer cannot use a used transponder for vehicle, sophie Pearson was adv of this by volvo The made excuses, they eventually had us go to the volvo dealer w/new key to the volvo dealer to get a new transponder and have it programmed to the vehicle. Felt like there was a lot of hassle. They did honor the warranty(limited think was power train 5000 mile warranty), when we bought the car we asked about the clunk in vehicle when turning wheels any way, the did not want to look at it for us, I felt it was the transmission, 400 miles before the warranty was up my husband called the dealer to talk about the problem again they took it over to the volvo dealer come to find out it was the tranny mounts, my understanding is they do an inspection on these vehicles? In the agreement they were going to put new tires on the vehicle, we took it too them as they advised tires were in, they never called us back to advise they recieved the wrong tires, we had to find out after we had been in the city all day(we live in the mountains)and wanted to go home, when we finally went back to the dealer to see what was taking so long, we were then advised of this and had to wait longer. If we need a car we may or may not go back to peak, if we by another volvo would not buy it from them. More

Buying a new car is a big investment....Joel took the time to walk the lot and look at cars. We looked at new, used and Mgrs special. No pressure was added by Joel or Matt. All around poor service. We leased 2 Kia Souls two days apart and have nothing but problems. Told one thing buy the sales person and then get to financing to be told a different number and down payment. apart and have nothing but problems. Told one thing buy the sales person and then get to financing to be told a different number and down payment. Was not showed how anything in the car worked just given the keys and a have a nice day. A cargo cover was suppose to be included in the purchase and had to come back to pick it up, and it was missing pieces and wasn't told that holes had to be drilled to make it work. Asked to come back on multiple occasions because paperwork was lost or misplaced on the dealerships part. Told that if we give a good review that we could get a free tank of gas. Had to come back a month after the contract was signed to sign the another contract because something went wrong on Kia's end. Not happy with the service at all!! Still due not have any paper work to get my license plates, and now on my 2nd temporary tag. Leave multiple messages with no return phone call. More

Andrew is one of the most helpful and honest people I have ever had in visiting a car dealership before I walked in to your showroom I visited 3 other dealerships that week. Upon ariving at your lot on avery hot day i was asked 3 times if i like a bottel of water even after i told them i was just looking i was told thats ok can i get you anything at all. Andy worked for a couple of days trying to find me the car i wanted the day before he found it was the day before his day off he even told me he would come in if i needed him to. but there was no rush so he didnt have to but just the idea of him saying he would spoke volumes to me. you asked if i would recommend your dealer ship i already have! ONce there, the deal that we worked out via internet was honored. I was honest with Andy and Peak Kia and they were honest with me. It is refreshing to find a dealership that is willing to act with integrity and honor agreements made when I have honored my commitment. Price is important, and I could have worked my way to this price with any dealership. What is seldomly duplicated is the integrity and efficienty of Peak Kia. Thank you. More
