My wife and I had been searching for an SUV for about a month, visiting multiple dealers, searching the internet, etc. When we would tell a dealer that we were still researching, they would get grumpy and month, visiting multiple dealers, searching the internet, etc. When we would tell a dealer that we were still researching, they would get grumpy and lose all sense of service because they knew we weren't going to buy that day. Sean was the opposite. He didn't get grumpy or mad that we weren't going to buy from him that day, instead, he pulled up a few cars, showed them to us, let us test drive a few cars and shared his knowledge on the cars. Unlike the other dealers who knew we weren't buying that day, Sean didn't get impatient or anxious to go help someone he could make a deal with that day. A month later, after researching and test driving, my wife and I decided it was time to make a purchase, and we went straight to Sean, who was very helpful once again. Once we chose which car we wanted, he made the paperwork process go by quick, made sure they filled the tank with gas and helped answer some final questions we had. This was my third purchase from a dealer, and easily the most pleasant of the three. More

I had a wonderful experiance with buying a brand new 2012 Kia Rio 5-door. Paul took very good care of me and took time out to show me around my new vehical. Lalo was very friendly from the moment he greeted us. He was interested in the type of vehicle I was looking for and took time to understand my needs. Drew built me up on how the dealership needed used cars, and how they were built on reputation. However, when it came to the "deal" process, all of that went out of the window. Meaning, I was expected to take a $4000.00 loss on my trade-in because he said "that is how we keep the lights on". He further stated he would beat anybody's deal and couldn't. Longmont Kia was much less in price. He also stated that he would not lose a customer to Longmont Kia, but ABSOLUTELY did after this experience. Drew needs a lesson in proper customer service! More
