Peak Kia

We received a "voucher" for a pre-approved Capital One auto finance deal. The first time we visited Peak, we asked for the Internet department, and a salesman named John (can't remember his la Capital One auto finance deal. We then showed him the voucher, pointed out Michelle's name (she was not in the office at the time), and John write down our names and promised to pass our information on to Michelle. We then contacted other Kia dealerships by Internet and received an email estimate from Shortline. Last weekend we decided to go back to Peak, find Michelle and see what deals were available. Apparently John had never passed our information along to Michelle. She was very helpful, and found us a car, which we did buy. I do wish we could have gotten a slightly lower price on the car. I was hoping for a closer match to the price quotes from Shortline - but not having seen their cars, we may be comparing apples to oranges. And I wish the Rios were available in more colors -- I wanted something in Teal. And now I am wishing we had gotten a car with a few more bells and whistles, like automatic door locks and power windows. Michelle was very helpful and an expert salesperson. Her partner (who's name also escapes me at the moment) was also very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. One thing I do have a question on: We did not get a spare tire. How do we get one? Peak Kia has gone above and beyond each and every time I have needed a new vehicle. To tell you the truth I did not want to buy a car from a dealership. I have family and friends that felt they did not get have needed a new vehicle. To tell you the truth I did not want to buy a car from a dealership. I have family and friends that felt they did not get a good deal and were pushed into a car they did not really care for. So I did go in the dealership with kind of an attitude of DON'T RIP ME OFF. My sales man was totally opposite of what I thought a car sales man was. He was not pushy in the slightest way. He wanted me to find the car I like and that would fit my budget. He even went to as far as making me a list of cars I might like and were in my budget. And I am proud to say that I bought a car that I wanted and did not get riped off. Thanks Peak Kia. More

We had a few questions about the cars which were quickly answered by John Grant,our sales rep and Dave ?, the service manager. We picked a SUV and John quickly prepared the paperwork, explaining everything along the way. Having been in sales for 20 years I really appreciated the low key, soft sell approach by John and the friendly atmosphere of the Peak facility. The final paper work by the financial lady was equally enjoyable and professionally completed.
