I rated all the above on Chris Neira only. He was absolutely great. Super friendly, willing to work with me since I was out of state, and very knowledgeable. He was extremely rude, not willing to work with me at all to sell me a car, even when I would email him my flight confirmation and put $3000 on my credit card nonrefundable, to hold the car for me for one day! The only reason I bought my car from Peak Kia was because of Chris and Chris only. Otherwise I would rate my experience with Peak Kia one of the worst experiences I have ever had working with Mike. Like I said above he should not be working with the company or he needs to have a training on how to treat customers. I am in sales as well and I have never seen anyone treat a customer as badly or be so rude as he was. More

I called and talked to Paul last week to set up a time to look at a few vehicles. I ended up getting a great deal on a brand new Sportage. I scheduled an appointment to go in and check out a Kia Sorento. I had done lots of research on my own about the vehicle so I felt very knowledgable. I first met Lalo who was Sophie's husband and he was incredibly nice. He took us right over to Sophie and we bgan discussing what my family wanted based on our needs and current financial situation. Not once did we ever feel that Sophie was "pushy" or trying to "upgrade" us. Sophie was excellent in her facts, details and helping us purchase the vehicle we wanted. She made sure that she could understood our needs. When it came down to it we made the purchase because not only did she have great customer service skills but the car was perfect for our expanding family! I believe that Corey was our finance guy and forgive me if I got his name wrong but he was also great! We went through the steps needed for the car and when we had questions he was more than willing to explain them to me! My car buying decision was started with a lot of shopping, both at different dealerships, and online. Most car dealers were not very open to the idea of negotiating the complete deal either via ema shopping, both at different dealerships, and online. In the dealerships, I would get a lot of time waiting between counter offers on a car, and some kind of sketchy answers to questions about different features on the vehicle I selected to buy. As my car buying process moved forward, I came to realize that Peak Kia, not only know the ins and outs of the vehicles they carry, but also were willing to negotiate a deal on the new car over the phone, and more on my schedule. Through this process, I dealt with the Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. When I did go into the showroom, my wait time was very minimal, and they have a great “Customer Waiting Area”. Massage chairs, single cup coffee machine, large TV, ect. In short, the time spent waiting was relaxing, and enjoyable albeit waiting. Going through the actual transaction for the vehicle, there were no surprises. All of the details were exactly as we had ironed out over the phone. I have (unfortunately) now bought 2 new vehicles, and one used in the last 3 years, and I was dumb-founded at how smooth and straightforward the sales process was with Peak Kia. Of all of the car buying experience I have had, I put this one by far at the top of the list for most enjoyable, and satisfying. More
