Matthew and Brian were both a breath of fresh air. They both stayed well past closing to finish our deal and had a great attitude in doing so. Craig was very accommodating to my busy schedule and tailored the entire process to my availability. Throughout the entire process I felt very well taken care of and comfortable. The staff at Peak are extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me through the entire process (which I am sure wasn't easy since I have little to no knowledge about cars and financing). Chris and Craig sat down and helped explain to me my different options while figuring out what would be the best fit for my budget. We like the car and the salesperson was fine; however, his manager jacked the price contrary to our agreement. We downrated the "Price" because we had agreed that the price would be $3,000 plus Dealer Pre his manager jacked the price contrary to our agreement. We downrated the "Price" because we had agreed that the price would be $3,000 plus Dealer Prep & Handling and taxes. It ended up that they put in an extra $200 into the vehicle price without our authorization. We downrated the "Customer Service" because the dealership did not provide the two sets of keys and obtaining another key with clicker is another $150. It's not huge but it is the principle of the thing that dampens our enthusiasm to recommend the dealership. Thank you. More

In an attempt eliminate the back and forth finance playing game, I obtained financing before starting the car buying process. The finance company gave a list of (several) preferred dealers I could choose from. For a few weeks, every day, I checked inventories and prices from that list. The first place I visited, I already had a vehicle picked out, test drove it, and looked at some other similar vehicles. Within 30 minutes, I was ready to make the deal. To make a long story short, I walked off the lot furious, they said I was wasting their. HATE is a strong word for a reason. Reluctantly, I started the search all over again and ended up at Peak KIA. I shared my experience with Sean Simpson (the sales man) via email before my arrival. After a few responses and days, I agreed to visit the store. 2 full hours and I was driving home. Yep, it’s true. All the while thinking this is too good to be true, they’re going to come back with some bull and confirm all my thoughts and feeling about dealerships. Peak KIA accepted my off-site financing, gave me the amount I researched for the value of my trade –in from Kelley Blue Book, shook my hand to confirm the deal and gave me the keys. While I waited for the paperwork to be processed, I watched 2 other SOLD vehicles drive off the lot, remember, I was only there 2 hours on a Wednesday night. 100% my recommendation. Velma More
After taking a test drive and evaluating a KIA Sorento from a dealership in Lakewood (also going through financial pre-qualification process), I decided to look online to look for other KIA dealer whom ma from a dealership in Lakewood (also going through financial pre-qualification process), I decided to look online to look for other KIA dealer whom may have a larger selection of Sorento's. I requested more info from two other KIA dealers through their online websites. Within 45 minutes I received a phone call from Shannon Nicoletti. I explained my experience and "deal" from the other KIA dealer, he said he wanted to speak to his manager and he would contact me the next morning. Within 15 minutes I received a call back from Shannon, not only did they have the exact Sorento I wanted, they could save me over $50 / month from the quote I received from the other dealer. Of course I was still a bit skeptical, it could be a bait and switch to get me there and I would travel 50 miles to only be disappointed. My wife and I drove to Littleton the next day, and from the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. Inside the facility is top notch, everyone we met (someone greeted as we walked into the building and asked how they could help) I asked for Shannon and because he was with another customer at the time we worked with his teammate Sophie Pearson. She was competent, patient and knowledgeable about the Sorento and the buying process. My wife HATES buying cars because it takes so long from the time you walk in until you actually leave with the car. I can honestly say between having WIFI, popcorn and very nice customer lounge, she not only tolerated the experience she actually told me on the way home she enjoyed it!!! I love the car, we felt well cared for throughout the whole process. Peak KIA held up to what Shannon and I had discussed the night before. They are a dealership (Shannon, Sophie at the very least) to be trusted. I only wished we didn't live so far away, we would get our maintenance there as well.
