My wife in particular has never enjoyed her experience in buying or leasing a car until yesterday. Your entire staff's professionalism, honesty, and service delivery was in deed a breath of fresh air that was a first for us. We were impressed with the sales manager Brian Overton and the Finance Guy Cory Nelson. We were there late in the day and they aforded us the same fresh professional and friendly approach as they did the first customer of the day. More

During our visit the staff was very pleasant, and did an exceptional job with keeping the deal that was made over the phone. We drove up with the old car signed our papers and drove off. Would happily drive the 700 miles again to deal with your staff. Also Nick sent my wife cookies at work to say thankyou for purchasing our new Kia Optima. We discussed the cars on the lot, and I asked if I could test drive one that night, we took out the Forte I now own for a test drive and his no pressured approach made me feel comfortable and not uneasy about returning the next day to speak with him about the car. I would have been very turned off for a fast talking salesman like Lalo, I found him overbearing and only out to get what he could before the sun went down. More

This whole saga began with the breakdown of my vehicle. Bob Quinn in the service department was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do considering my problem. Sean spent a few hours with us deciding which vehicle would be a good fit for me. I test drove quite a few vehicles , and finally decided on one I liked. Sean was very professional through it all. He helped with our individual situation, and got me the car that I wanted for the price I wanted. Thanks to both of those gentlemen. I would reccomend Peak Kia to anyone who asks. More
