We came to the dealership knowing what we wanted; we had been to literally 3 other dealerships. While I will say were asking A LOT (negative equity on a gas guzzler at that) none of the other dealers seemed been to literally 3 other dealerships. While I will say were asking A LOT (negative equity on a gas guzzler at that) none of the other dealers seemed very compelled to help us. First off one said "sure we will do it but it will be several thousand down and 800+ a month lol, the other kept jacking us around and the third told us he didn’t really care to waste his time since we had been to other dealers and couldn’t reach an agreement. By that time we had nearly given up looking for what we wanted, A Kia Optima Hybrid with the premium package. We went to Peak Kia by this point pretty dang apprehensive and reluctant. We met a guy Shannon who really could tell we were frustrated and sick of getting hoo-rah'ed around. We gave credit apps and the sales manager Nick came over shortly thereafter, he said he didn’t want to waste our time with all the back and forth "well my manager said..." xx you get WAYYYY to often (it’s like why can’t your manager get off his xxx and come and talk to me). Nick was able to go above and beyond for us to secure a fair lease and negotiated the upfront payment as well as the monthly, something no one else would even consider doing for us. We then told him what we wanted and low and behold they didn’t have it BUT what matters is that they FOUND it, then when they called me the next day and said they found it I came back and said I didn’t want it....See we were going to take the regular optima but after using the demo PEAK had graciously loaned us we knew we did not want the optima without a sunroof and leather options. SO then I came back and told them I wanted the Premium package and even gave them a specific color. I seen that their north dealership had it and they said sure no problem we'll have it here by the time your off work tonight. Nick and I communicated mostly via e-mail which was nice, most dealers we tried to email mostly got annoyed and either didn’t respond or told us to "just come in". Shannon was super nice and fun to work with in fact all the people we met there were really nice in fact Shannon's desk neighbor Sophie was super sweet to us and talked to us a bit, she has such a nice aura. We showed up and finished the deal just like that! The finance guy was also super helpful and nice also very organized and on top of the transaction, just what you expect from someone dealing with your personal information and drafting legal paperwork. More

Love Peak Kia. Purchased a car from them in 2006, went to another dealer first before going to them to trade that car in. Terrible experince they had me come in and then even though I explained what I wa to another dealer first before going to them to trade that car in. Was just going to keep my 2006 but decided to give Peak Kia a call. Well they were able to work the deal and under the terms I needed. My sales person Shannon Nicoletti was great, even programed my phone through the car for me. And helped me empty items from my old car into my new car (not a easy task as I wasn't expecting them to be able to get the job done after the outcome of the other dealer). Michelle Ourefelli was great she worked to get the terms of my loan and down payment to where they needed to be. I have had a few questions since my purchase and Daniel has been helpful with all of them. Great people, great customer service. Next time I go to trade in my 2012 for a new car I won't go anywhere else first. More
So my wife and I found we were expecting a new baby due in September. We both work full time and figured we needed to get into a new vehicle that would suffice both us as well as the new baby and our 10 y in September. We both work full time and figured we needed to get into a new vehicle that would suffice both us as well as the new baby and our 10 yr old daughter. We looked around forever to find a 3rd row seat. Took the sorento for a test drive - and a month later, came back and purchased it. Now that was round 1 where we had a great experience. 3 months down the line - I need to find a car to replace my truck as a car seat will not fit in my cab. Same story - looked everywhere and end of the day we ended up with a Kia Optima SX. During this process, Sophie was great at just laying it all out there and quickly coming up with the best offer we could negotiate on. We did all this late on a Monday and she stayed with us up until the last bit. The staff there in general is just great. Form the receptionis to the contract signing lady - everyone is happy to help. End of the day - you just can't beat the quailty of product from Kia - and the warranty they provide which gives us great piece of mind. Sophie and my wife were able to relate and this helped to keep her calm while we went through this process with her being pregnant and all. Great experience. Look forward to Kia for years to come. I've bought probably 5 or 6 vehicles in my life so far, and this by far has been the best experience i have ever had to date. Everybody was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They took their time with me pointing out everything from little differences and comparisions all the way to the final sale. They made me feel comfortable and gave me my space when i needed it. Nobody was pushy or agressive or assertive, which was huge for me. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anybody who doesn't enjoy the car shopping experience, because they certainly put you at ease and are very laid back and treat the shopping customer with professionalism and respect. The prices are pretty good and comparable and the cars seems pretty trustworty and reliable! More
Overall a great experience buying a vehicle! Chris Neira is a great sales person who cares for his customers. We drove up from New Mexico to get a better price and it was worth the drive! IN my opinion Chris was kind friendly and informative! He did some followq up work at my request which proved to me he was truly concerned about my satisfaction even after the deal was done! We completed the transaction in a short amount of time and Chris was aware of our limited time since we were from out of town. I would definitely reccomend Peak Kia to another customer. And I would tell them to ask for Chris Neira! A good deal, good customer service and good money for our trade in! Add the great personality of Chris Neira and you can't go wrong!! My only regret is that I don't live in Denver so I won't get to vist Chris and his new baby that is on the way! Thank you Chris and Peak Kia for making our first Kia experience a great one. More
Drove 300 to the dealership and was very excited about trading and getting a new Kia. But they sterted twisting numbers to their benefit and my trade value dropped majorly after them quoting me a price. V trading and getting a new Kia. Sent an internet inquiry about 2 new KIA's mentioned my trades. Got a response back the next business day. Sent back my trade info and what I wanted to pay.
