I have purchased a number of cars over the years, and I have to say that the experience at Peak Kia was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Chris, was helpful, friendly and have to say that the experience at Peak Kia was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Chris, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase; however, wasn't sure of options. Chris was able to help me navigate the many possibilities, and to negotiate a deal that was quick and painless! I really felt that everyone was fair, honest, and had my interests in mind - which, in my experience, is not typical in an auto-dealership. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and I really appreciate that! I would absolutely recommend Peak Kia, and Chris Niera, to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. It was a memorable experience! Thank you, Chris, for taking the time to educate me on my options, and once I decided on a vehicle, for teaching me all about it! Jon was fantastic. Very pleasant, considerate and spent the necessary time with us. However, this was his first sale, so Shannon was asked to help with the financial aspects of the sale. It has always been my experience that dealerships are trying to rip me off. The way that they go back and forth with Finance is extremely irrating, coming back showing different monthly payments, but never explaining all the costs behind the scenes. Five times this occurred. I had to ask that he detail out exactly how much the % rate was, how much in dealer handling fees (which are extravagant). The final paperwork still doesn't even show the detail of the added costs, which I had asked for. Why can't car dealerships just give us the bottom line and quit trying to trick us consumers. Had that been my daughter in there by herself she would have ended up paying a 4.99% interest instead of the 2.70. Tell me the least price acceptable for the car, and what fees you are adding in. Period. Secondly, Shannon only offered me $4,000 for my Ford F250 V10 Lariat. I had done my homework prior to coming to the dealership and know the blue book is over $12,000 to private party, so expected at least $10,000. He stated that because of the bad fuel economy, V10, etc. that he wouldn't be able to sell it for much more than $4,000. When I returned home I looked up other sales of my truck make/model/mileage, etc. What did I find, but an ad from Peak Kia, selling the EXACT same truck for $12,988. I was more than just irratated. So, in short, I rate the dealership handling of the financial part of the sale VERY POOR and dishonest. The price of the car was actually reasonable. I do, however, rate Jon Simonton as EXCELLENT and know that he will do well and was glad to have given him his very first sale. What a nice, honest guy! Unfortunately, he will soon be corrupted into the normal deadlings of your dealership. More

I would definatly recrommend this dealership and these salesmen to anyone. In fact I have already handed out a couple of Shannon's business cards. You weren't just some stranger walking into somewhere new. You were basically greeted by someone before you could even go to the door. I have to say I havent been to many dealerships at all but I must say Peak Kia is the best that I have been too. More
I needed a new car since fixing my old car was an uneconomical choice. Like most people, I really didn't want to work with a dealership since my last experience with another car brand was really pai uneconomical choice. Like most people, I really didn't want to work with a dealership since my last experience with another car brand was really painful. I did my research and found which car I wanted. I called the dealership and worked with Paul O'Farrell. I told him that I needed an AWD car with a V6 at an affordable price. I picked out the vechile on the internet from their inventory and made the deal. All I had to do when I arrived was check the vehcile out and sign the paper work. I didn't have to deal with a lot of sales people hovering around or long hours of negotiating. They even gave me a fair trade in price for my old vehcile. This is the experience that everyone should have buying a new car! Thanks Peak Kia and special thanks to Paul O'Farrell and John Bakalaich for answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable with my purchase! I would recommend that if you are in the market for a new vehicle, call Paul O'Farrell and John Bakalaich at Peak Kia South and get the deal done without wasting your weekend! I haven't bought a new car in sometime so I was a bit hesitant, that being said Matthew Sandovol @ Peak Kia was very friendly and made the experience much easier than I anticipated, he gave us the feelin hesitant, that being said Matthew Sandovol @ Peak Kia was very friendly and made the experience much easier than I anticipated, he gave us the feeling of complete honesty which is not what I was expecting. The only issue we had was with the full 10yr. B/B warranty but that was cleared up by Cory in finance and made the whole buying experience an enjoyable one. More
