Ken Ferguson is such a different type of car salesman, I felt compelled to write this review. When I arrived on the lot he had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and was able to answer every question felt compelled to write this review. We took a quick test drive, Ken showed me everything about the car. Instead of just telling me about the car, he showed me about the car. Negotiations were quick and easy, and the financial arrangements were made within minutes. Corey Nelson the finance manager was quick, efficient, very nice and pleasant to deal with.At delivery, Ken programmed my phone to work with the car, explained every knob, switch and button; Heck, he even came to my house a week later and programmed the car to open my garage door. All in all, this is the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought 14 cars in my life between myself, my wife and for my children and this stands out as the most outstanding case of customer service I've ever had. I won't buy a vehicle from anyone else but Ken Ferguson and Peak Kia. Go there, ask for Ken, and you won't be sorry. More

We went in intending to buy a new Soul, but ended up getting a used Sportage because it was going to be in our price range and it had what I was really hoping to have. Unfortunately, my student loans caused some problems so our payment ended up being over what we could actually comfortably afford. We also felt rushed through the signing of all the financing paperwork. I don't think we were able to read anything we signed because of the pressure to sign fast and get going. Regardless though, CJ was excellent and fun to work with. Corey was nice too. p.s. this survey is intense with requirements. I almost didn't do it due to the fact that I have to register and HAD to write this little blurb. All you need to know is that CJ is awesome and we're satisfied. =) More

I was deployed in Afghanistan and began working with CJ from a distance through the internet about my purchase. CJ responded very quick to all my questions and concerns regarding getting financed.
