My fiancee and I went in to look at new cars and see our options. Sophie showed us the Rio we were interested in and a Soul. I was impressed with the knowledge and courtesy she brought to the deal. We both options. Sophie showed us the Rio we were interested in and a Soul. I was impressed with the knowledge and courtesy she brought to the deal. We both wanted good cars that would not only last, but fit our budget. Sophie made sure we were right where we wanted to be. She even got us more then we asked for. After the sale Sophie got us all set up with the electronic features in both cars. I feel she and her husband Lalo are true professionals and unlike most car dealers they are true and honest people whom I would return to and recommend with the highest praises possible. We are happy customers thanks to Sophie. More
Buying my first new car from this dealership was an awesome experience. I felt that (unlike the other dealerships) it was freindly, personable, reasonable, and very educational. I felt like Sophie real awesome experience. I felt that (unlike the other dealerships) it was freindly, personable, reasonable, and very educational. I felt like Sophie really took the time to understand and get us what we were looking for. They made it really easy to understand everything, and when i didnt understand something i felt comfortable about asking questions. Lalo also was very helpful when it came to unerstanding how to change my car form manual to automatic, and using my radio and bluetooth. Both outstanding salesmen. Deffinently reccomend. More

Typically I loathe dealing with car salesmen and dread the whole car buying experience but Matthew has changed my perception on car salesmen and has secured himself and Peak KIA a life long customer. Impressed with John's knowledge of the vehicle. He was very professional in handling all aspects of the sale. His attentive, low key approach made car buying a pleasant experience, without becoming a tim very professional in handling all aspects of the sale. My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Peak KIA. Nick, the salesmen was curteous and helpful in making our choices. I'm not sure of the names of the other people we dealt with but all were Peak KIA. Nick, the salesmen was curteous and helpful in making our choices. I'm not sure of the names of the other people we dealt with but all were helpful,ie, the finance person explained the contract and there were no hidden costs that I could see. The person that walked us through all the options the car had was a nice touch that I have never experienced before. I believe we were given a fair price. Could it have been better? Probably, but I think we got a fair price. We would recommend Peak KIA to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
We own a Kia Optima that we purchased about five years ago and that we have been very happy with, so when it came time to replace my work car, my first choice was Kia. We visited Peak Kia on Monday, 5-14 ago and that we have been very happy with, so when it came time to replace my work car, my first choice was Kia. We visited Peak Kia on Monday, 5-14, and met Sean. We explained our needs, that we were hoping to move fairly quickly, and that what our budget was. Sean was very pleasant and showed us a number of vehicles on the lot, explained the various models and standard packages, and answered all our questions in a very pleasant, low key manner. My wife returned Wednesday, 5-16, and test drove a few vehicles. Meanwhile, I exchanged several emails with Sean seeking information and asking questions about what might be available in some of the models we were interested. Sean was very prompt and knowledgeable in getting me the information I needed. With information in hand, we decided that a Forte would best suit our needs, and Sean was very good figuring out a way to get us the vehicle we wanted within our budget. I went to the dealership today and met with Matthew to finalize the deal. Matthew was very pleasant and courteous, did a great job explaining all the paperwork and answered all the questions I had with a great demeanor and professionalism. All in all, the whole experience was about as painless as you could hope. Don Moore More
I came to buy a KIA because of the inexpensive price of thief cars and for KIA's long warranty. I dealt with Chris Neira who defied my veiw of what a normal snakey car salesman is. Chris greeted me with a thief cars and for KIA's long warranty. I dealt with Chris Neira who defied my veiw of what a normal snakey car salesman is. Chris greeted me with a friendly smile, was personal, and honest from the beginning. During the month that it took me to shop for a car, Chris was always quick to answer any emails, as well as very available for any of my numerous phone calls. I would recommend buying a car from Chris to my friends and also to you strangers out there on the interwebs. More

When I came in Peak Kia to look at a car that peaked my interest, Jonathan Ripepi was quite nice, however, the price of the car on the website was $12,988. When we went to look at the car, he told us the interest, Jonathan Ripepi was quite nice, however, the price of the car on the website was $12,988. When we went to look at the car, he told us the car was $14,988. Of course, at that time we had no intention of buying the car because of that discrepancy. The car was not very clean when we looked at it, and there were some tire pressure lights on in the car. At the price of the car, those all should have been done and checked before putting the car on the lot for sale. As we were leaving the dealership, somehow the price of the car was magically "dropped" to $12,988, which both me and my husband thought this was very interesting. After thinking about this car a bit over the weekend, we decided to go back Monday morning to look at the car. We called and informed him we were coming in. At that point in time we said we wanted to take the car to our mechanic to have it checked over. He said on the phone that they would fix anything that was wrong with it, and that if it wasn't fixed they'd just "tear up the contract". So, we take the car to the mechanic, who gives us a list of things that need fixing on the car, roughly $800.00 worth of stuff. We get back to the dealership and start talking to them. At that point, the salesmen starts to turn a bit more unfriendly. At no point in time do we even talk to anyone else about the price of the car. We offer him a price and that we'd like those items fixed, because he told us that "they'd fix anything that was wrong with it". After talking with his manager, he informs me that they are unwilling to negotiate and that they are going to pull the car from the lot and fix those issues, but that he is going to add the fixes to the price of the car and raise the price of the car. Frankly, when someone gives me a statement that says they "will fix anything that is wrong with it", that does not mean they are going to raise the price of the car. So we decide to take the price of the car as is, and we will fix the car at our mechanic so we can get the car that day. In all of this experience, I felt like the salesmen was getting more and more unfriendly with us. Also, when we started talking about the fees, I found it more than horrifying that I was charged close to $800.00 in dealer handling fees, and that there was a $200.00 "theft registration" on the vehicle. I made it quite clear I did not want a theft registration on the vehicle. This is just one more way to tack another $200.00 on the sale of the car. I talked to anybody who would listen that I was NOT interested in purchasing theft registration, but I was informed that it was required by your dealership because it's done before the car hits the lot. I was also required to sign a pice of paper that says "kia gives nothing but great service". I did not feel that way at all. I was also told the car would be cleaned before I took the car home. When I got back in the car, there was still a stickiness all over the steering wheel, which I got off quite easily with goo gone, yet I'm paying the dealer handling fees to take care of this stuff for me. In all of this, yes, I could just not do business with your dealership, but ultimately this is the car I wanted, and I could not find it anywhere else because it is such an unknown vehicle in this region of the country. I am also going to point out that the salesmen said that I am getting the "sale" price and the real price of the car is $14,988 which he shows me on craigslist from the beginning of April (it was May 7th). I pointed out to him that the Peak Kia website says the price of the car was $12,988, and he gave me the impression that he knew nothing about the $12,988 price on the Kia website. He was only interested in telling me that he had it listed a month ago on craigslist for $14,988. Frankly, I am disgusted that you tack on so many "fees" especially the "theft registration fee" which I have no way of opting out of. I have car insurance, and I have a zero deductible on my insurance, so if my car gets stolen I'll deal with my insurance company, and not your dealership. Because of the increasingly unfriendly behavior of your salesmen, your unreasonable "dealer handling fees" as well as "theft registration" fees, I will NOT recommend to anyone that I know to shop at your dealership.
