The sales staff was prepared for us when we came, knew what we were looking at/for and had a couple vehicles ready to drive. They were extremely friendly and fun to work with. Our visit ro Peak Kia was very positive. Lalo greated us at door with a "what can we do to earn your business" attitude. He allowed us to look, ask questions and finally to drive the car of our choice (Sou at door with a "what can we do to earn your business" attitude. The negotiation was not a back and forth game that we are all used to playing. How refreshing! A price, a payment, a plan. No pressure. As we proceeded through the meeting, it was clear to us that we would need to decline the offers and re evaluate our financial situation. Sophie was very understanding and let us leave with our dignity in tact. It was because we were treated respectfully that we returned two weeks later and purchased our Soul. We worked out the payment plan over email, and made an appointment to come in and sign. Lalo even washed our trucked while we waited for our documents to be prepared. That is going the "extra mile." Lalo and Sophie are very knowledgeable about your product and make the perfect team. this has been the most positive car buying experience we have ever had and will recommend Peak Kia, Lalo and Sophie to our friends and family! We Browsed the lot for a few minutes, found a car that we wanted, started walking to the building then the sales guy came out. The paper work wasn't too painful, negotiations wasn't too painful, the massage chairs weren't too bad either. We were not there all day long. Amazing! When we were finished Lalo actually vacuumed the car out, wiped it down, had them put gas in the car. I even let him drive my newly purchased car to my home so he could pick up our trade in. (Because we did not bring it in with us.) All in all it was a painless process. I thought it was going to be a pain. So Thank you Lalo for making the car buying expierience a really good one. More
