I went into this dealership as a first time buyer, they were able to get me into a vehicle however, the sales representative told me I had to provide proof of income. My employer wrote a letter stating my were able to get me into a vehicle however, the sales representative told me I had to provide proof of income. My employer wrote a letter stating my monthly income and then the sales rep asked for a copy of my first paycheck, I told him 3 times my first checks were going to be partial, once on the phone and twice in the dealership, I submitted my first check, just like I was asked to do. Then he called a few days later requesting my employer write me a check in the amount of half my monthly income. (You try going to your boss an asking for a large advance, just to make a dealership happy.) So generously my employer wrote me the check (the sales rep said the copy of the check was fine and didn't need anything else.) Before hanging up, I asked John Call what else I needed to submit and he said nothing, the check was fine. I faxed the copy of the check and heard from him about 3 day later, asking me to get a copy of my employers account statement with the withdrawn check. I asked John Call many many times if I needed to provide any more proof dealing with my check and he told me no no no. After i purchased my car, he wanted to me to give him all 5's on the survey. Which after jumping through several hoops and asking a lot from an employer that i just started working for, I didn't feel he deserved them. Buying a car for the first time with a large down payment and a trade it, it wasn't good enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALES REP OR THIS DEALERSHIP. I'm not happy with my experience and i don't think I should have received the vehicle if all the crap was still needed. They never should have let me sign for it. More
I had just been to a Ford dealership where the swarmed me and made me feel uncomfortable so I left and drove over to Peak Kia. Sean came out and greeted me as a normal person, not as a car dealer. He just asked me my price range and what kinds of cars I was looking at and he helped me find the perfect fit. I wanted my brother to look at it so he let me take the car home for over an hour to let my brother inspect it without leaving anything with them! He was friendly, honest, and flexible and that sold me. I wasn't planning on buying a car but I did and I'm so happy with my purchase! More
We ended up at Peak Kia after horrible experience at a Toyota dealership. Matt approached us as soon as we got on the lot but he instantly won our trust. He wasn't the traditional vulture type, over confident, sleazy sales guy. He is a genuinely nice car that truly wants to sell you the best car for your needs, not just get old inventory off the lot. I felt like he really cared about our situation and truly presented the best deal that he could work up, even when we kept asking for more $$$ of the price or more $$$ for our trade, he never made us feel badly or that we weren't' in control of the deal. From test driving, to waiting for the numbers, to the finance department - this was the BEST experience we had ever had buying a car. We won't go anywhere else in the future. The dealership is so beautiful inside - there are free snacks and drinks (Keurig, cookies, cereal bars, popcorn, water), two free massage chairs (which we used while we were waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up), a nice TV, free iPad's to use while your waiting....you can't ask for better! I had been looking for a new vehicle online with excellent gas mileage, excellent warranty, highly rated and good horsepower to get up to the Colorado mountains. As I was researching online I kept seeing KIA as a top performer for all of the specifications I was looking for in a new vehicle purchase. In addition to finding that KIA was an excellent choice for my needs, I also found some excellent customer reviews for Peak Kia in Littleton. I submitted an online form (peakkia.com) to be contacted for a consultation for my needs in a new vehicle and a test drive. I was contacted by Matthew Sandoval at Peak Kia to discuss my needs and schedule some test drives. Matthew gave me some excellent information over the phone as to what Peak KIA had to offer to meet my needs in both new and used models. I set the appointment for the following day. Matthew was willing to start the pre-approval process that day so when I arrived at my appointment the next day I would know exactly what my choices were. I declined the pre-approval process as I am a very large guy and have been skeptical about buying foreign from past experiences with Toyota, Nissan, etc.. and my first concern was comfort in the vehicle. When I arrived ay Peak KIA Littleton the next day for my appointment I was greeted by Matthew's brother Joshua Sandoval who showed me around some of the vehicles (SUV's. Car was out of the question for Colorado winters and mountain travel). As myself, wife and youngest daughter were looking through inventory we decided the Sorento would be the best choice for our needs. Matthew arrived from a previous engagement and immediately got to work showing us both new and lightly used Sorento's and setup 2 vehicles (1 new and 1 very lightly used) for us to test drive with no pressure. We took both vehicles out on test drives again with no pressure and were extremely impressed with the performance and power of the Sorento. When we finally decided which one we would like to purchase (very difficult decision as they were both great) we went with the 2013 KIA Sorento with class-leading 4 cylinder HP. The Sorento would get up and go no problems with the Gasoline Direct Inject System. Matthew immediately started up the financing process with very little haggling over price. We needed a payment that would work out with our financial situation which Matthew got us to in a very short time with his diligence to satisfy customer needs. After all of the financing was done, Matthew delivered us the keys and went over a very thorough walkthrough of all the features of our new Sorento. The Sorento has many great features as far as safety, the all-wheel drive system and the technology features that were installed. Matthew was able to answer all of our questions with ease and we were off. I would highly recommend Peak KIA Littleton to anyone and especially Matthew and Joshua Sandoval. They both made great contributions to our decision to buy the new Sorento. More

His recommendation to take the car overnight to see how it fits in my daily life was suprising and yet such a great idea. Paul's customer service approach was very much appreciated and ultimately, it helped me feel more comfortable in making my decision. I was very pleased with the overall experieince and would recommend this dealership (specifically Paul) to others in the future. I can't thank you enough for your assistance during this time. I liked the Kia Sorento, but was horrified at the lack of respect I received at the dealership. After my test drive, I asked for a card from Mr. Ripepi, and was told he didn't have any. He presented a PI firm card and told me that was "all I needed to get on the lot anytime". Strange. Next, I requested to only be contacted via email, I received over 10 phone calls from the dealership. I specifically requested to Mr. Ripepi, after these 10 calls, that he not call again, and that I would notify him of my decision. However, he still called two days later. Also, I find it truly unprofessional that I received numerous emails with subject lines such as "?" and "!!". Michelle Szydlowski More

It is refreshing to deal with a car salesman that respects a customers time frame for buying and preferences for what they want. I think you have mastered the balance between asking the right questions, following up with the customer at the proper times and with the proper pace and asking for the order, but not being pushy. Believe me, I have been in sales for 16 years and I have bought at least 5 cars over the last 10 years. I have a lot of experience with salesmen that just don't get it when it comes to customer service, but you are doing a great job and I just think it is right to give credit where credit is due.
