I came in with me daughter. I was looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter to drive. Price was a big concern. I contacted Peak Kia specifically because I was given to understand that they were knowledgeable when it came to difficult financing. I had already done some research and shopping at other dealerships and understand that they were knowledgeable when it came to difficult financing. I had already done some research and shopping at other dealerships and was pretty much left hanging. The only result of my search was "we don't have anything that will work for you." At that point I was pretty much feeling like a third class citizen. After the initial call to Peak, I received an email from Michelle thanking me for my inquiry and an actual invitation to respond to her email. That doesn't happen very often. I took her up on her offer and emailed her back with some background information and a whole list of questions. Now comes the second surprise. She actually called me back and was more than happy to clarify my confusion. She said to definitely come in and that she was sure they could find more than one vehicle that would meet my needs AND she didn't even blink about the financing. I went in the next day and met with Kristy who was also friendly and very helpful. She lined up several vehicles for me to choose from. There was one in particular that I liked but the mileage was way up there. I went home to think about it. Next thing I know, the "perfect" vehicle appears. You know the feeling...when you've been away from home for a long time and you come back and just walk in your own front door and it just feels so good? It's the perfect fit. That is exactly how I felt when I got into the vehicle that actually met all my expectations and most of my fondest wishes. It has more bells, buzzers and gadgets than even my "techie" grandsons know what to do with. Closing with Michelle on this vehicle was so much more relaxed than I had ever experienced before. Instead of sitting across the desk from some sour faced bean counter waiting for the other shoe to drop I sat relaxed in Michelle's office and actually had fun. She had all the bases covered and came up with a payment far UNDER what I anticipated. I'm still working my way happily thru the Owners Manual and except for the fact that the vehicle won't fit in my garage, my life is good! I'm not worried about the garage, it needed to be cleaned out anyway. More

Looking for a good used Ford Escape or Mercury Mariner. I went to a local Ford Dealership, not the one by Peak Kia, and had an internet price. Once we asked to look at the used 2009 Escape, the price went I went to a local Ford Dealership, not the one by Peak Kia, and had an internet price. Once we asked to look at the used 2009 Escape, the price went up by $3,000 from what the internet had posted. Left there in disgust. Then I saw what we were looking for from Peak Kia. Called to make sure they still had the Mercury Mariner and double checked on the price. Matthew Sandoval was our internet Sales Consultant. He let us take the car and run it by our mechanic. After we wrote the check and were given the key, Matthew told us there was only one key. He went ahead and lined us up with Landmark Lincoln for a second key and covered the cost! Matthew did all he could in negotiating the price and was able to get us a little off of the price. Very honest person to work with when purchasing a car. More
Managed to get my new car for a great price, 3K below comparable SUV's elsewhere in Denver. Matt really made sure that the car was the right fit and never tried to hassle us with false deals. Kristy and Andy were god sends. We were looking to buy a little bigger car and we had a price that we could afford in mind. We came in gave them the amount they showed us what was in that price range and t little bigger car and we had a price that we could afford in mind.
