I went to look at the hail damaged vehicles looking for a deal. I spied an Optima that I fell in love with...black cherry finish with cream leather interior, and loaded beyond belief with options! This car does everything and then some, it has options I didnt even know existed, but am sure I won't be able to live without in the near future. I am very impressed with the looks of this car. It looks sporty, yet classy. We purchased the car without even test driving it, but was NOT dissapointed with the way the car handles. It drives like a dream! Extremely comfortable riding, smooth and very quiet inside. I took it up Deer Creek canyon and it is very responsive in the hills. Granted I bought the turbo model, but it almost handled like a sports car in the canyon...very nice! I am looking forward to winter to see how she handles in the snow. More

Lisa was very receptive about the kind of vehicle I needed for my family, once she had an idea of what I was looking for she showed me several models that I would have been interested in based on my cr needed for my family, once she had an idea of what I was looking for she showed me several models that I would have been interested in based on my criteria. After test driving two I found the car I was interested in most and compared it to another car I was interested in. She went over the specs and the options of both cars and helped me weigh the pros and cons. Once settled on a car she got right to work helping us finance it and has us driving home in my new vehicle in a very short time. I would have never thought that I could have bought a brand new vehicle but Lisa helped me understand my options and realize that I was not limited to used cars just because I didn't have a ton of money to spend.
