Paul was fantastic to work with! I went in looking at one vehicle and he showed me some others that would fit much better in my price range, knowing that I had no intention of buying that night, he took one vehicle and he showed me some others that would fit much better in my price range, knowing that I had no intention of buying that night, he took me on a test drive and I went home. I called him the next morning to let him know that I fould one similar to the one I'd originally looked at, at a competitor. He warned me they would pull a fast one and he was right. They made me sign an agreement stating that I'd buy their car if we came to an agreement. We couldn't agree and they tried showing me a couple others- they became very pushy and wanted a deposit to hold the vehicle and "secure my trade allowance". I called Paul from the other dealership and let him know what they were doing- he went to work right away. I told him what I model I wanted, what options and what payment. He found a car for me that fit my specifications at another dealership and arranged for it to be transferred to Peak Kia. I left work, headed home, cleaned out my car and got the title/spare keys. I met Paul at the dealership and signed paperwork. I worked with Sean on all the financing and warranty stuff. He too was great! After it was all over, Paul showed me how to use the UVO system and gave another recap of all the features in the car and I drove off in my 2013 Kia Sorento. Paul even gave me a follow up call two days later to ensure that everything was ok and to address any questions I might have. More
This dealership has NO INTEGRITY!! When asked the sales manager would not honor an internet coupon(from Peak Kias website)for $250.00. After searching around the Boulder and Westminster area for a used Soul i was unsuccessful. i searched online and found just what i was looking for. i sent a request for a quote on the Peak Kia website and for a used Soul i was unsuccessful. i searched online and found just what i was looking for. i sent a request for a quote on the Peak Kia website and received a call the next afternoon. i was informed that the car i had inquired about was still available. i drove out from Boulder and the salesman i had spoken to on the phone showd me the car, took me on a test drive, and was very helpful and respectful in negotiating the right deal for me on the car i wanted. Overall a great experience in what can be a very stressful process. More

NIGHTMARE is the only way to describe my experience with this dealership and it just keeps getting worse! We got a 2013 Kia Sorento. From the high pressure/deceitful sales staff, to being cussed out by a lo this dealership and it just keeps getting worse! We got a 2013 Kia Sorento. From the high pressure/deceitful sales staff, to being cussed out by a lot employee on the first service visit. My conversation with the General Manager informing him of all the issues was a complete waste of time. He did nothing more than offer a half-hearted apology. The sales staff will flat out lie to make the sale and hound you until they get their money. They will claim that the car you want exists then once the deal is almost complete, tell you the car you wanted isn't available anywhere in the state. Then they'll push some substandard version off on you. The Service Department is lazy and you will have to wait for someone as early as 7AM, which is what time the open (appointment or not)! The work I had done on Monday was malfunctioning by Thursday and their only solution was to bring my car back in and leave it for another day. No instructions or information is given at the end of the service call--just "read the instructons." I cannot warn anyone strongly enough DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A CAR FROM PEAK KIA!!!!! More
