So Great!! I first went to the dealership just to look at the Sportages and I made it very clear that I was not going to be driving off the lot with a car that d I first went to the dealership just to look at the Sportages and I made it very clear that I was not going to be driving off the lot with a car that day! I worked with Lalo and he was wonderful!! He was very knowledgable about all of the cars and didn't care that I wasn't buying that day. Nobody pushed me to buy a car that day or try to talk me into it. A week later I went back and drove the 2014 Sorento's that they have on the lot! I fell in love with one! I signed and drove off the lot with it! However the only downside is they did not come down on the price at all! I still bought it because it was a good deal and my car was in perfect condition! However we spent 4 hours negotiating prices, and looking at other cars that weren't so much, just to hear that they weren't going to make any sort of attempt to that way I could afford the one that I wanted. Lucky I was able to come up with the money to get the car that I wanted. More

Great Experience! I walked into the Peak Kia dealership on a Saturday just to check out the 2016 Sorento and find out a ball park trade in on my 2004 Sorento. I was gr I walked into the Peak Kia dealership on a Saturday just to check out the 2016 Sorento and find out a ball park trade in on my 2004 Sorento. I was greeted by Paul O'Farrell and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I wasn't ready to make a decision and he was OK with that - no pushy sales tactics as I have experienced with other dealers. He showed me some vehicles and answered all my questions then took my information to follow up in a week. That same weekend I did quite a bit of research on the Peak Kia website and narrowed down my search to a few cars I wanted to consider for a lease. I called Paul Monday morning, told him what I wanted and said I'd be there by 10am. He greeted me as I pulled into the parking lot, and was fully prepared so that we had a deal done by noon. He's very knowledgeable about all Kia models and incredibly efficient in the sales process. Best experience I've ever had, so I'd recommend him to anyone. More

Very impressed This was our first time with Peak Kia. We went to the website and picked out the car we wanted to see. I called to see if it was still available. Took my name and said he would check to see if it was still available. He never called back. This frustrated me so I called again and talked to Steve B. He did an amazing job. The car was still available. He had it out in front waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership. Went on a test drive right away. He was able to not only get the Car Fax to us quickly, but also the service check list. He answered all our questions. We purchased the car. He was able to get the paperwork done quickly. We worked with Rocky for the financing. He sped us through, which was really nice. I would recommend this car dealership. I think we got a pretty good deal and the service was amazing. More
