I can honestly say that it was the best car buy I purchased a Kia Forte from Peak Kia on South Wadsworth with assistance from Donna Kidd and Team Kia. I can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought cars through private sellers, dealers and online sales, but the car buying process has never been easier or more pleasant than through Peak Kia. Donna went far beyond the ordinary to help me test drive different cars to find the right one for me. She and Paul searched, found and delivered the right car on the same day. Donna made a trip to get the car I wanted from another Kia dealership. Donna processed the sale of my previous car, which was in collision repair, by visiting the repair facility and making a good offer for that car despite its being unfinished. The financing included advertised rebates, as well as two more for which I qualified. The price was the internet advertised price, and it was a very fair price. Above all Donna was patient, courteous and genuinely concerned that I was able to get the car I wanted at the best price. Paul assisted in getting the car I wanted from another dealership on the same day I decided to buy. The whole Team Kia was friendly and hard working.
