Go somewhere else! We purchased a used car at the beginning of July and the list of things that have been handled improperly is long. First of all, we didn’t receive a copy of all the paperwork that we signed so my husband went down to get a copy of everything a few days after we purchased the car. They did give us a copy of our papers and copy of the papers of the person who traded the car in. I now have her name, address, how much she owed on the car and her social security number! After having the car for less than a week the airbag light came on, we took it to a dealership specializing in the type of car we purchased. That was fixed then we were informed that the car needs $3500 worth of work! One of the things needing to be replaced is the Serpentine Belt. On the back of the Peak Kia Certified Warranty form that we signed belts should be covered. We took it down to see if they would cover it and the service department said that nothing was wrong with the car and they wouldn’t do anything. Online it was stated that the car we purchased had two sets of keys and a valet key. We only received one set of keys. Do not deal with Peak Kia or John Baklaich at all! Go somewhere else! More

I tend to be overly prepared; pages of notes and questions. And I can be a bit defensive as a woman dealing with a car purchase. Mike was amazing. He was patient, paid attention to my questions and answered them fully. He made suggestions and volunteered information about the cars, both positive and negative. I have never been so relaxed and comfortable when considering a large purchase of any kind. I never felt rushed, pushed, or pressured. Mike was gracious throughout the long test drive day and continued to be gracious days later when I informed him that I found a non-Kia more suitable to my needs. I am recommending to everyone and anyone who is thinking of buying a new car to see Mike and test drive a Kia before making any decision. The cars I drove were wonderful, just not the right "size" for me (I am very short). Mike, on the other hand, will fit as a salesman no matter what your needs. I will be back with friends. More

I needed reliability, affordability, a few bells and whistles and a car that I was proud to drive. Mike Topolosky was my salesman and I can honestly say I have never had a better car buying experience. He took me through the gauntlet of car purchasing and gave me every option on the lot. He explained things in ways that I understood. He made sure to point out the pros and cons of each vehicle and continued to make suggestions of what he thought would be my best fit. I landed with a 2014 Kia Soul. I love this car! Having it be a few years older put it within my price range. Having it only be two years made it reliable. It's stylish, has great mileage and I love looking at it every time I approach it. I had the honor to overhear a few other salesman giving their "pitch". There is nothing worse than hearing words out of someone's mouth that you know they've rehearsed in the mirror a thousand times. Bad experience at first but owner helped with a resolution I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by war I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by warranty), so I ended up paying a third party to diagnose my transmission issues then towing my car to another Kia shop. However, Mike Byerly did follow up with me after I submitted a complain through the BBB, and he helped resolve my case by meeting me over half way. Mike is truly setting a respectable name for the dealership and leading the rest of his employees with his high standards and exemplary customer service. Thank you! More
