He worked with us on financing and eventually recommended us into a leasing program. By doing this and assisting us with all of our options he was able to get us into our budget and get rid of all our negative equity with our trade in. Him and this dealership has been so fantastic that we have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from them. A 2015 Kia soul last year and a sedona this year. If you are looking for great customer service and a fantastic financing program this is the place to go. More

And in the end I decided to purchase both vehicles simply because I couldn't turn down either of the amazing deals. Dealer provided false Carfax report. Dealership sold us a 2012 dodge durango at a premium price and now 3 months later the white paint is flaking off showing, surprise a black door, appar Dealership sold us a 2012 dodge durango at a premium price and now 3 months later the white paint is flaking off showing, surprise a black door, apparently this durango crew was in a wreck and sold at an auction in Texas of which Peak Kia bought the vehicle and fixed it in their auto body shop doing a crappy job, the paint is flaking off the passenger front door, the rear tailgate and rear passenger quarter panel. What kind of wreck required all of this? A rollover? A bad t bone? They showed a clean carfax also but that doesn't matter when they are the ones doing a crappy repair and not even reporting the repair. More

My circumstances are not easy to work with, and they have not stopped working for me. We already own a Sportage and absolutely love it. This is a dealership that truly cares about the customer, not just the sale. They have stayed with me until 11:00pm at night, and picked right back up the next morning. They have a large inventory of new and immaculate used vehicles. I have truly found a dealership that I will work with for life! Last but not least they are amazing if you have children in tow, coloring books, snacks and amazing interaction with them as well. Whether you are a millionaire, or not, you are treated like a million bucks!! The entire staff is fantastic! More
Outstanding Customer Service Peak Kia Chapel Hills was an absolute pleasure to work with! Back in October we had to buy a car for our teenage daughter, we went to several dealers Peak Kia Chapel Hills was an absolute pleasure to work with! Back in October we had to buy a car for our teenage daughter, we went to several dealerships, but ultimately the best deal was at Peak, we walked out of there with a beautiful 2015 Optima! They had such outstanding customer service and gave us such a great experience that we just went back 4 months later to buy a 2016 Sorento. Just to do due diligence we still shopped around to make sure it was going to be the best deal, and without a doubt it was. They gave me the most for my trade, and I was able to buy a fully loaded Sorento for an incredible price. Both transactions were completely seamless, each took less than 2 hrs (which is practically unheard of at a car dealership), and the follow up after from both sales and service (to schedule my first oil change) has been spot on! I HIGHLY recommend them! They have built a team that has figured out how to make "car buying" an exciting (and painless) experience for the customer. More

After the deal was done, I was so pleased I referred a coworker who ended up getting the same exact car i did. I sat through the whole process with her to guarantee that she would get as much help as I did in which she received. They informed me that I would receive a referral commission for helping them out in 6-8 weeks. I let 3 months go by before I contacted them regarding if the check was sent out or not. I had to leave a message with the front staff who said I would get a return call. I let another 3 weeks go by and ended up repeating this process two more times and still no response. I then called a 4th time and demanded to remain on the line until they get an answer, which I got a response from management "that it's too late to do anything about it now." I finally ended up writing an email to their website with my complaint to try to get in touch with someone and I ended up receiving an email from the internet salesman stating that he has noticed my "interest" in a car they had and he would like to help me with it. Obviously they do not read the emails that customers send to them, but instead reply with an auto generated email. I then contacted him, who said he would pass along a message to their accountant to look into it and I should receive a call and still no response. So I tried another method by leaving a voicemail on the accountants line and once again, still NO response! With this experience and lack of communication, I will NEVER do business with peak kia chapel hills again! More

So I specifically asked my wife to get an exact amount as we did most of our dealings over the phone. The price came in at $26,998 out the door the text said. Well you can imagine how upset I was when the actual out the door price was $27,735. Almost $1,000 higher than quoted. But I guess if i want to drive down to Colorado Springs from Breckenridge I can have a free oil change!!! That seems like a fair deal. Everyone was very cordial at the dealership but that doesn't make up for false numbers. More

I was referred to go to Peak Kia and what an amazing experience. I worked with Bre Krone and Jason Pachon, they were amazing. The best exprience no pressure showed me a vehicle with everything I was wanting and went above and beyond to help me get the car of my choice. On our test drive they did not rush me and Bre was wonderful with my 10 an 7 year old child. They asked a million questions during the test drive and she was friendly and wonderful with them. Jason made sure I would not settle for anything less then what I wanted. The waiting room is child friendly and Jeremiah in the financing was very helpful as well. I would only recommend Peak Kia in Chapel Hills area to everyone I know. The all around best of the best experience!!!! More
