Dishonest and only concerned about their bottom line I had a terrible experience at this dealership with pretty much everyone. I bought a used Subaru Legacy. I went in on a Tuesday, and told them I was I had a terrible experience at this dealership with pretty much everyone. I bought a used Subaru Legacy. I went in on a Tuesday, and told them I was in a rental car and wanted a fast transaction. It was Saturday until my transaction was completed. I was told I was waiting because they had to get my car through their inspection process and what not and they were just really busy and it was taking time. They told me they would pay for my rental car until I could get in to one of their loaners, which they did NOT. I paid for my rental car in full. I also told them that I heard an ad on the radio for a free $250 gas card with the purchase of a car - I mentioned this repeatedly to numerous people. I got one excuse after another and at the end of the day, the gas card was NEVER issued. They were deceptive at every turn. I pulled out of the lot and looked at the gas tank - E. I was in shock. Empty?!? Really, they couldn't even fill up the gas tank. I also quickly realized that the brakes weren't right. I don't know a lot about cars or buying cars, and I was totally taken advantage of. When I returned a month later and mentioned the brakes, they looked at them and then told me that apparently the car had NEVER been through any kind of inspection or preparation for sale and the brakes were bad, the rotors were burned, etc - a lot of stuff that I have no knowledge of. They replaced the brakes, rotors and whatever else was associated with the brakes at that time for free. They kept trying to sell me more and more stuff that I didn't want or need. I somehow ended up with a $2000 service plan. I know that's my fault for not reading things more thoroughly, but everything was so rushed and papers were just thrown in front of me to sign. Very bad experience and I will never go there to buy a car again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're dishonest and not concerned with taking care of their customers. There are way too many other car dealerships to put up with that kind of service. More
