The only thing I disagree with was that their lifetime warranty excludes European cars. We went to look at a Mercedes Benz, and I chose this dealership because of their famous Lifetime Warranty. When we arrived we saw the Warranty sticker on all the cars that we could see and it made us more comfortable, but unfortunately my comfort was short lived, and we didn’t learn that the car we wanted was excluded from the warranty until after my Wife decided that she wanted the car, but I will tell you that finding out about the exclusion was a definite turn off. Had it not been a car that my wife really wanted, and the fact that we didn’t want to screw the nice salesman who had helped us because it wasn’t his fault and he was very good and very knowledgeable, I would have left and searched somewhere else because we were very disappointed that the car we wanted was excluded for some unknown reason. While we would recommend this dealership, be aware that all domestic and foreign cars from Asia are covered, but the nice European cars for some unknown reason are not, I wish I had known that before going to the dealership because I would have preferred a purchase without any regrets or disappointments.
