However, the use of internet should be looked at as it NOT very effective or useful. When "clicking the e-price" the price is the same, so there really is no point in having the option. Cars that have already been sold are still available to make an appointment to go look at. After filling out financial information online it wasn't even used when at the dealership. Finally, after scheduling an appointment the previous afternoon and speaking with a woman on the phone, she said that the two vehicles with stock numbers which I provided would be waiting for me at 9:15 the next morning, however neither vehicle was waiting, one had already been sold and the other had to be located. More

Excellent experience! I purchased a new Ford Escape S this past weekend at Peacock Ford and was thoroughly impressed with the service that I received. I initially found the I purchased a new Ford Escape S this past weekend at Peacock Ford and was thoroughly impressed with the service that I received. I initially found the vehicle on Peacock Ford's website and had an idea about which one I was interested in purchasing. I was contacted immediately after submitting my information online by the Sales Manager Chris. Based upon that information, I proceeded to Peacock Ford the following day where Chris immediately introduced me to Ryan, a Client Advisor. They both listened to what I was interested in and immediately "got the ball rolling." From there it took no more than twenty minutes to discuss my trade in and the options for purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape S. I was then introduced to the Finance Manager David and there completed my purchase. If you are looking for an honest, professional, courteous and caring car buying experience, head to Peacock Ford. I can't say enough how pleased I am with my purchase experience. Thanks again! More
Look into customer concerns! My vehicle had a maintenance recall that I was told had been addressed when it clearly had not. After driving the truck 5 days and preparing for a fam My vehicle had a maintenance recall that I was told had been addressed when it clearly had not. After driving the truck 5 days and preparing for a family vacation the maintenance recall had me at the dealer at 7am for a repair that should have been done when I made the gentlemen aware of the recall that was still open on my VIN the night of the sale. I then visited the dealer 2 days after taking delivery for another reason and again asked about this recall still showing on my VIN and again was told by that same gentleman (not my salesman) "it was done the system hasn't updated". I am extremely disappointed my concern was not addressed in the beginning as related to this recall to confirm why it is still pending. Now that I'm at the dealer with a broken vehicle and a family waiting to go vacation along with other families that we are traveling with the dealership staff has been working extremely hard to get me and my family on the road today. They have gone so far as to find a used vehicle I can use to tow my trailer If need be. I am very appreciative for the efforts made to resolve my issue caused by one individual. Yes, I will continue to recommend this dealer and service department, just push hard to be sure the vehicle you're looking at is fully inspected. More
